Worse customer service I have come across working, and going to multiple gyms over my life. When you cancel the membership don’t get bullied by these people. For only a little more a month you can go to a much better gym with more space and amenities.

Nice gym, and very clean. The staff was super friendly and awesome. I can't give the gym 5 stars because of their barbells. Their barbells are lighter than regular ones, and they aren't made for heavy weight lifting. Besides that, it's a really good gym.

The gym itself feels a bit compact, but it has high quality machines, is clean, has storage areas, and has 2 changing/posing rooms which are a bit small but still have enough room. Staff are extremely polite.

I moved a they are making me send them a letter in the mail to cancel my membership. Apparently an email won’t suffice for a membership cancellation. They know that busy people are going to forget to write a letter and hopefully not cancel.

I enjoy going to Club 24, but I wanted to suggest a potential rule about recording in the gym. It would be great if people could be more considerate about others when filming, especially if someone is already using the space. I sometimes feel uncomfortable when I'm already in position and someone starts recording. A little more awareness could make the environment even better for everyone!

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years I just renewed my membership again so that tells you how much I love coming here! Justin at the front always greeting me with a great smile and helping me out with any questions or concerns. I love how it’s always clean and organized Justin always making sure cleaning supplies are restocked. It’s never too full and almost always I can use the machines I intend to.

I have been at this gym since 2022, always loved being here super friendly staff and very helpful. They have great exercise machines, with lots of free weights and lots of space to do all kinds of other athletic training/exercises. If you are looking to come into a gym this would be the place to be I’ve been at other gyms but they just aren’t club 24 hence I’ve been here for almost 3 years. Even the members here are super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

Club24 Broadmoor has been my gym since 2021 and I always enjoy coming in. Day one I’ve never felt judged by anyone. This place is packed with good equipment and nothing that you don’t need. Since I’ve first started coming to Club24 there has been many improvements, especially to the turf area that has always been one of my favorite places for my workouts. All the staff are always warm and welcoming. The biggest plus is you have access to many other gyms in not openly the Tri-cities but Prosser, and Easter Oregon! I will always recommend Club24 to anyone from just starting their fitness journey to experienced lifters.

Worst customer service available, no one seems to be available when I go in person or on phone call. They also changed out the free massage chairs, with worse water massage chairs that come with an addition paid subscription on top of the membership you pay already.

Love this gym. Originally started here because the price is great, but I’ll be staying due to the friendly gym atmosphere, the people and employees, and the cleanliness. Justin is a rockstar and keeps the weights organized and everything clean!

It being open 24/7 really works for a lot of different sechdurals making it easier to stick to getting a healtheir body. If i were to give anyone advice is get a committed work out partner to keep both of you in check and track your progress so its easier to see your goals slowly become reality. All the employees are so nice and welcoming to new members. If you go a few times a week you truely are getting your money worth especially in the pasco one it has lots of dofferent equipment.

I’ve been a member for a little over 4 years. This was the place to go. I am now sad to report they’ve been over selling memberships and are now having a class held at their busiest time for 6,7,8 year old kids. This gym is way too small for this.

Used to love this gym but since opening the “speed school” there’s no free space to stretch they take up the only free area and there’s so many teens it’s a hard to find a space to work out and when you do usually they don’t look out and respect others space

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved coming here. The only reason it's 4 and not 5 stars is due to the fact that they changed their hours last minute - not online, but on the door. If you go to the website, the hours are not accurate. I understand they can't be open as long as they were, but it's quite frustrating that they don't update their hours online. We drove there to work out just to see that they close at 7 now. Bummer. Hopefully they will be better in the future about updating their hours online.

This gym has a nice waiting area, somewhat reasonable pricing, a childcare center, and many machines available for use. There's a space for cardio including treadmills, bikes, stair-steppers, and elliptical machines, and another entire area for weight lifting, ab crunching, stretching, pushing, and exerting force in various ways.

There are 5 changing rooms in case you desire to change on site, plenty of lockers to store things in, a scale, a recycling bin for water bottles, and a water fountain near the bathrooms.

They also have a classroom where you can check out the schedule to take various classes (Boot camp, etc) which I haven't done.

Overall, I'd say this is a good gym for the price and size, but is fairly small and somewhat limited on machines.

I really like this gym. First of all, I utilize the childcare room. I have found the staff to be very professional. The room is clean and they know my kids by name and interact with them, which is nice.
I see Nick for personal training and would highly recommend him. He tailored a plan for me and I have seen a lot of progress quickly, where I had previously been stagnant. He is definitely encouraging and helps keep you motivated.
The classes and instructors are great, too. Very knowledgeable and open to giving helpful tips and modifying workouts for different skill levels.
