Rick is great! Since age 66 I've had four years of continuous improvement, zero injuries and lots of fun. He has a very well equipped comfortable studio and does Zoom sessions too. He has tailored a program to my specific needs and limitations and has helped me to stay motivated and positive all this time.

I've been working out with Rick for about ten years. I consider this time and money a huge investment in myself, especially as I've gotten older and seen the difference between my strength, balance, and energy--compared to that of my friends who are my age or younger! I've recently gone from twice a week to three times because it's become so important to me. Rick is great to work with: smart about the body, customizes quickly, supportive but holds you accountable, and fun to work with.

I've known Rick in his capacity as a trainer for over 10 years, and I have only ever been SO impressed with his care for and investment in his clients, his professionalism, and his constant positive way of being, and his real, but supportive, manner of interacting with clients.
I've worked with Rick across multiple gyms over the last decade, and he has consistently demonstrated his integrity and his commitment to continuously increasing his knowledge and understanding of nutrition, holistic health, and overall fitness. I have always had complete faith in Rick as a trainer - I know he won't hold me to unreasonable standards while also encouraging me to hold myself accountable with regard to my own goals I set for myself. Rick has shown his openness to new ways of thinking about health and fitness, and Rick's adaptability through the pandemic shows his creativity and investment in remaining available to the individuals he's training even as circumstances make it more difficult, and deviate from the old-school trainer-client "norm."
His online program is awesome, and I wish I lived closer to his current gym so I could train with him in-person. There aren't many trainers out there with the knowledge, kindness, and sense of humor Rick has - he's more than worth the financial investment, and he really will improve your life in a number of ways. I've trained with many individuals over the years, but I always come back to Rick - he's one of a kind.

Rick at Collaborative Fitness is a very well-educated and motivating trainer. I've been a client for several years now and am in much better shape than when I started. It is an intimate training venue and Rick keeps everything, even the front door, sanitized. He also offers online sessions. I would never go back to a big gym again. Definitely recommend!

These trainers are miracle workers!!! Rick was my trainer for about two years. Not only did I gain a friend, I got my health in order and built strength and endurance. Rick was a great guide in my health life and helped me get things in check. Would recommend to any one of any age!! 10/10!!!

If I could recommend Rick and Collaborative Fitness more than five stars I would! I have worked with many trainers and coaches in a variety of venues and Rick is among the most motivating, enthusiastic and knowledgeable people I have had the pleasure of working out with. Rick tailors individual workouts based on ability and goals and has the background and experience to effectively meet the needs of any client. As a person who is prone to injury, Rick has adapted my workouts around various injuries over the years and allowed me to safely continue working toward my physical goals. This place is great. I have been working with Rick Martin for over two years now. He has helped me through some significant health issues by focusing on proper weight training techniques. He has really worked on my form which has not only helped solve some of my problems but has kept me injury free. He approaches each of his clients on a very individualized basis. I get the training where I need it the most. This has lead to enhanced results. I also like the healthy eating tips and recipes he shares. I have tried several of his healthy and organic recipes and found them to be very tasty. I definitely recommend him. His schedule is pretty busy but it is worth trying to get on it.

Collaborative Fitness is an awesome gym run by two very experienced personal trainers Rick and Brandon. Both have been personal trainers for 6+ years and consider it to be their profession and career, not a passing thing to do while they wait to move on to something else, as is the case with many PT's in this field. They bring a unique holistic approach to the PT experience by assessing not only your physical strength and helping you get stronger, but also your eating and sleeping habits as well as your lifestyle in general. The results for me have been amazing. I have lost 15 lbs and 10% body fat, sleep better and feel and look fantastic!
