I was there doing my observation hours for my bachelors degree. I loved watching the different classes, but my favorite is the circuit training on Saturday and love the diversity in clients who go here and workout. The youngest I've seen is 6 years and oldest are up to 18, and most of them are students in Valley Christian School since Complete Athlete is inside the school

FANTASTIC PROGRAM ! FANTASTIC PEOPLE ! FANTASTIC FACILITIES !
THEY FIT MY TRAINING TO MY SPECIFIC NEEDS AND THE TRAINERS WATCH MY EVERY MOVE TO MAKE SURE I AM NOT MOVING MY BODY INCORRECTLY AND INJURING MYSELF. I HAVE TRIED VARIOUS OTHER TYPES OF WORKOUTS BEFORE BUT THIS IS THE FIRST PROGRAM WHERE I HAVE SEEN POSITIVE PERSONAL RESULTS.
I HAVE GAINED FLEXIBILITY AND MUSCLE STRENGTH PLUS THE PRESCRIBED CARDIO ACTIVITIES HAVE LOWERED MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND MY ENERGY LEVEL HAS INCREASED. I HAVE ARTHRITIS IN MY BACK BUT THEY EMPHASIZE STRENGTHENING AND USING YOUR CORE MUSCLES SO I HAVEN"T SUFFERED WITH MY USUAL LOWER BACK PAIN. THEY ARE ALSO HELPING ME WORK ON MY BALANCE ISSUES. I DEFINITELY UNDERSTAND WHY THEY CALL THEIR FACILITY THE COMPLETE ATHLETE.
