At CrossFit Lower Valley helping achieve their goals and full potential is exactly what we do. We do functional fitness CrossFit workouts incorporating cardio and weights using movements from Weightlifting. The workouts are scaled to your ability level and are made to be appropriate whether you're 12 years old or 80 years old. CROSSFIT IS FOR EVERYONE. This method of training is both the best for losing weight and becoming lean, as well as the best for being prepared to face any task that life could throw at us. Using our methodology, close personal coaching, and positive and supportive group atmosphere we hope to change many lives in the lower valley.

CrossFit Lower Valley didn’t just give me a place to train—it gave me a new beginning. When I first walked through those doors, I was in a tough place: lost, worn down by life, and searching for direction. But something about this place—the energy, the people, the purpose—reminded me of how much I truly love CrossFit.
Over time, I began helping others, and through that, I found healing myself. One year later, this gym has become so much more than a workout space. It’s where I’ve made my closest friends—people I now consider family. We notice when someone’s missing. We show up for each other in and out of the gym. We carry one another through hard days.
What’s so special about CFLV is how it brings people from all walks of life together. Here, we grow, improve, and find hope—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.

If you’re looking for a place to get a good workout with no judgement this is the place. You will get results! They have everything you need and will show you how to use it, all you need to do is show up. The gym never worked for me, but this is something I have stuck with for about a year and a half and I can’t be without it! If you are thinking about it, stop thinking about it and just do it!

Super dirty gym. Surprised people don't get MRSA (staff infection) cause the cleaning rags are never changed, the gym mats/equipment are filthy and the cleaning bottles are rarely refilled. Workouts are extreme and loading up on Olympic style lifts daily kills your body, especially for young kids. I saw 12 year olds loading up with too much weight and not be supervised because so many people were exercising. I heard of kids complaining of back pain cause of too much weight. And don't get in a contract with these people, make sure you are aware of what you are signing!

I love CrossFit Lower Valley!!! I have been a member for 2 years and enjoy it. I use to make fun of those kipping swing and kipping pull-ups and still they crack me up because I still can’t do one—- so much respect for my kipper people lol!! It is the most physically challenging and rewarding thing I've ever done and motivates me to start determined. Schedule is flexible in the morning and afternoon and I’m able to program my days within my work schedule and family. Coach Marisol and Bear are overall amazing coaches!
Three takeaways:
1. It's a community, fun and supportive!!
2. It's mentally challenging and mentally rewarding (Humbling at times) but for the most part I feel like I've accomplished something after every workout.
3. We take pride on our battle scars but it’s a reminder of the hardest WODs we got through for that day!
Like all workouts, it is what you make of it. You are able to scale your workouts and build on getting stronger. You’re able to meet people who cheer you on and greet you with a smile. It is you versus you, start today!!

I love this gym! For years I was too intimidated to join a gym due to not knowing how the machines work and not knowing what to do. The thought of joining a CrossFit gym wasn’t even a possibility in my mind. I finally accepted I couldn’t get the results I wanted on my own and gave CrossFit Lower Valley a chance. The coaches are attentive and helpful, guiding you every step along the way. They made the modifications needed as a beginner, then years later the modifications needed after a surgery so I felt safe and comfortable, but still challenged physically. The workouts change daily, never giving your body a chance to plateau or let yourself get complacent. I highly recommend!

I initially joined CrossFit Lower Valley to get in shape for my sister's wedding. Despite my initial concerns about the intensity of the workouts, Coach Marisol eased me into the workouts, and I was able to lift weights at my own pace. Over time, I grew stronger and was able to lift heavier weights and keep up with the daily workouts. The gym's family-oriented atmosphere and supportive members, along with coaches Marisol and Bear's dedication during the challenges of Covid, made it clear that this was more than just a gym.
In my nearly six years at the gym, I've witnessed their commitment to members' well-being. During the pandemic, Coaches Marisol and Bear provided equipment and daily WODs, ensuring we could maintain our fitness goals. I've not only continued to be an active member, but also enrolled my daughter, who also enjoys it. For those seeking efficient workouts in a supportive community, I highly recommend this gym.

I had 2 back surgeries and was using a walker pretty frequently Prior to going to crossfit. I had done all the physical therapy and gentle exercises I could, but knew I had to work on getting my core stronger. I had tried other gyms but the downfall was not having the knowledge or the confidence to use those machines on my own, safely. Prior to going to crossfit, I talked with Marisol about my limitations and fears and she assured me that everything could be modified in a safe and realistic manner to suit my needs.
Fast forward 17 months, I have NEVER FELT BETTER. I have lost 50lbs, but more importantly, my back is stronger than it's ever been. Regardless of these being group workouts, it feels like Marisol is our own personal coach. She is always there to give me any modifications and to make sure I don't overdo it. There is no "requirement" to max out or lift heavier. I always do what is comfortable to me and safe, and I still see results. Are there other gyms nicer looking? Maybe. But there is nothing like having people who care about you making sure that you are doing the work SAFELY, and cheering you on as you progress daily. Hands down, coming to Lower Valley Crossit has been one of the best things I've ever done in my life.

My husband and I have been coming to Crossfit Lower Valley for almost a year now. I started with very limited weight lifting knowledge and feel much more comfortable now with the lifts. The coaches are extremely helpful with correcting your form and showing you how to improve and be the best you can be where you are at. I have never felt pushed to do anything I wasn't comfortable or capable of doing. The workouts are tough but doable. I love the vibe of our 5:30 am class and can feel myself getting stronger with each one. Of course they push you to lift more and do more-that's how you get stronger. It's not a place where you can slide in and out without any interaction, so if that's what you are looking for this isn't the gym for you. It is in a big warehouse type building so yes, you get a little dirty. I'm ok with that.

This gym has changed my life for the better! The coaches have been nothing more than helpful. I need many workouts modified and they are always willing to help me. I’ve never stuck with a gym and workout routine as long I have here at Lower Valley CrossFit! Life changing!

If you want something new, fun, and challenging, this CrossFit gym is for you. The classes are designed to be done as a group, which helped me make new friends and a support network. Not only are you going to a class to work hard, but others will also be there to help push you along as well. I started over six years ago with no experience. Literally started from the bottom learning all movements. With the coaching and the programming that takes away the guessing of what to work out, I have become proficient with many of the varied functional movements. I’m building strength not just for the gym, but for everyday life activities outside of the gym.

I've been a member of this crossfit family for 6 years. I love it so much, I go 5 days a week and don't like to miss a day. I started with no experience, never had done crossfit in my life. Marisol and Bear made it so easy for me to learn the different lifts, grow and become stronger everyday. I have come a long way because of them. They help motivate you, they work with you and are so friendly. Highly recommend joining.

I got injured at cross fit and didn’t return. I had several ppl that would have taken over my contract. They denied it. They wanted me to go against my doctor’s note and still workout. I filed a complaint with BBB. I felt I was never cared for as a client. Going on to almost two years later all they care about is their money as it has been sent to collections. When I made several attempts to resolve my contract. They are all about monetary. They don’t care about their clients because if they did the number of ppl at the sessions would be limited. At times you had no room to even do the workouts. When ppl found out what happened they reached and told me they were sorry. If they had known they would have advised me not to even go in the first place. Apparently I was not the first person they do something similar too. 🤦🏽♀️ One person told me they took their money and never followed thru their agreement.I DO NOT RECOMMEND CROSSFIT!!

Great owners/coaches first off! I was told about the kids hour on Saturdays by a family member. So I took my kids to check it out the following weekend. They loved it! They spend all week practicing what they learned and can't wait to go back. That alone makes the gym perfect in my eyes. But they are very creative with work out for kids and adults. Very welcoming to beginners. I wish there were more than 5 stars give.

sadly this gym does not offer much.
workouts are not planned in advance or they don't seem to be.
daily 1 rep maxes with little regard for form and constant pushing to add weights.
forcing RX when it clearly limits the benefits of doing a met.con.
these coaches are resistant and even hostile when asked about technique and training methods. the coaches are unprofessional and constantly talk poorly about their "members" (they don't view them as athletes) to other "members" during workouts.
some of the coaches are have so little experiance/training that they often use youtube videos to instruct on proper form during classes.
O crossfit is an amazing sport for anyone at any level to achieve optimal overall fitness....but crossfit lower valley has some serious work to do in order to compare to any other crossfit gym.
I guess you get what you pay for and the membership is less than half the cost of a decent crossfit gym. if you choose to use this gym know that crossift should be way more than what they offer.
