Our son took us there for a workout while in town. It's a great power gym. Not too big and yet had everything you might need.

If you take your training seriously this is the place for you! The crowd here is always grinding and the atmosphere is great! Sam the owner keeps the place as safe and welcoming as possible. You don't need the newest most sparkly equipment to get the job done, they have everything you need. An ugly and a pretty red plate all weight the same. lol Their new location is SO much more spacious! Can't recommend this to other Everett area powerlifters enough!

The owner of this gym Sam is extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe most of these positive reviews are from the previous owners. The gym is small, cramped, dirty, and the equipment is dated. There are many gyms in the area that are much better. Don't waste your time here.

This is a top notch gym that focused on power lifting and strong man training. It is no nonsense, but has a very supportive atmosphere. More than enough equipment. The owners, Lee and Neal, are wonderful and create an atmosphere where people welcomed and encouraged to better themselves.

I travel alot for work....been all over the US....by far tbe best and most motivating gym i have been to.....reminds me of the dungeons we used to train in tbe 70's and early 80's. Rehabing about 8 months of laziness....this place as reignited my passion and motivation

The gym owner, Lee, is a sweet, no-nonsense guy who created a fantastic, no-nonsense place to train. The community here is wonderful and supportive.

If you are looking for an old school, family feeling, iron loving gym... EGO is where you need to be. Great atmosphere to train and become a stronger version of yourself. EGO, despite the name, is a very humble gym full of knowledgeable athletes that take the time to help you in every way. The Dougherty brothers have created a wonderful brand and have been killing it with the opening of their new gym.
