I love so many things about Ellensburg Yoga Studio - kind knowledgeable teachers, warmth (only 88 deg and no humidity),
big mirrors, infrared light, borrowing a mat is included in class fee and lots of good vibes.

Truly something for everybody from this studio. Amazing classes and teachers, and such a special place to connect with community. Jamie and her team work so hard to create an accessible and safe space for all to gather and connect through movement and breath, and I feel beyond grateful to have this gem of a space to crawl to. Such a rarity in our small country town, and my only complaint is that I didn't join sooner!

Ellensburg Yoga is a cute spot right across the UPS store. The studio has so much natural light, and lots of space where no matter where you are, you feel included. Before walking into the studio, you can set your things in a cubby w/ a lock to take with you to the studio. There are extra yoga mats and towel/blanket to place on top of your mat or to sit on during class. There are blocks and other support inside the studio. The yoga instructors will do the moves with you :)

I love EYCH so much!! I have been going since January, and enjoy every moment I have in the studio. Being able to shut off and take some time to focus on my body has become an important routine for me. I usually do classic 26 but dabble in Yin here and there as well. I love going to Jamie’s classic 26 classes she has helped me get so much better, and I feel so much more in touch with my mind and body!!
