I’ve been a personal Trainer with 9 years' experience with a variety of client success. Goal is to build good workout habits, nutritional advice and changes, and build good positive life habits that will stick with you inside and outside of a gym setting. Training is private 1 one 1 or with partner workouts. I teach corrective exercise, proper form, strength training, hypertrophy training, work with athletes, nutritional guidance and work with anyone from ages 12-80s. Want to make a shout out to my friend Derek. I moved out to Virginia from Washington back in may. I just join a gym and have been going for hour every day for two weeks now ( except Sunday day of rest lol) Derek Bratescu is a friend and my personal trainer from Washington we trained for years and he helped lose weight and gain muscle all the training he taught me has been commitment to muscle memory and I have been using every day while I at the gym he made workouts fun.

Derek did a great job of not only working us, but also of teaching us the correct way to lift and how to work through the different muscle groups. I came to Derek with a pretty high baseline fitness level. I was looking to break away from working out at class based gyms (orangetheory, Barry’s, etc) in favor of targeted workouts at a traditional gym. Not everyone likes working out and I’m definitely one of those people. Derek was a fun trainer for a reluctant beginner like myself. There were times where I felt frustrated and she made it her mission to diagnose what changes needed to be made, and she has a lot of patience! It is very hard to find a legit trainer who you can trust and build a relationship with. He is very knowledgeable and he goes over all your needs. Over the last few months I have learned a lot. A lot! End Goal Fitness is the complete package. Nutrition, fitness are just the starting line! Yes, I'm thrilled to have lost some weight. I have more work to do. Everything seems to happen slowly but all of a sudden you wake up and you aren't worried about the scale because your clothes FIT! There is a process, and a plan that works. I have fibromyalgia and I am stronger now than I have been I years. They are sensitive to injuries and physical restrictions. Then, all of a sudden... you're pulling 80 pounds or more! Remember, I started with 20, and it was a struggle. Worth every penny and more!

Derek is an exceptional personal trainer!

After not going to a gym for 3 years, and before that mostly just using the treadmill and an occasional machine or two, I decided I needed some workout help. After finding Derek, I worked with him so I could get a good workout plan, but WOW, I got so much more!

Derek has provided me with motivation, accountability, expertise, and a personalized workout plan, for which I will be forever grateful for. He also gave me an excellent overview of how important proper nutrition and diet is, working hand in hand with strength and endurance training. As an excellent communicator, he takes the time to fully explain things with great detail.

During the initial 4 weeks of training with Derek, he built a customized exercise plan and motivated me to stick with it and continues to do so. He watched me like a hawk, corrected minor mistakes during every exercise to make sure I had proper form for every single rep, and to get the most out of every move and not injure myself. He also made adjustments and gave me alternatives in case I wasn’t able to perform a certain exercise. He took into account my previous injuries and current health issues to personalize a fantastic plan with lots of variety.

Derek pushes me to do more than I think I can, getting me out of my comfort zone without overdoing it at the same time. He takes his career as a personal trainer very seriously and has such a great knowledge base about muscle anatomy, movement, bodybuilding, fitness, and nutrition. He is professional, encouraging, has a positive outlook, a great attention to detail, and just fun to work with and be around.

Thanks to Derek, I finally have a high quality workout and diet plan, better knowledge, and am on my way to achieve my fitness goals: gain strength, lose the fat, increased endurance, better balance, and to do pull ups without the assist machine!
