I've tried to contact them over five times! Still won't cancel my membership.
I moved out of state to take care of a dying family member and have no money in my account to even pay it. They try to charge me for it EVERY DAY.
They haven't responded to any emails or texts I've sent them. This is absurd and extra stress I do not need while going through a family emergency. Very unprofessional and cold.

Nice assortment of machines. Welcome vibes. Bike, yoga, Zumba classes. I do drop ins but would consider becoming a member if they re-installed their sauna and steam rooms (inactive since COVID).

I wish you guys would expand into Port Townsend itself. Best gym on the peninsula. Reminds me of planet fitness, which I really miss.
There a couple gyms in town. I used to go to both. But neither one of them are like this one.
I wish you guys would expand and have build a new one in city limits. It would save on gas, create jobs for people in the community, and expand of your philosophy of getting the world more in shape.
Please consider this as a possibility! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Edit 12/5/22 after owner response: no, I’m not referring to an old Facebook post. I didn’t even look up your Facebook. That screenshot was from the day I left a review. And a month before that as well, which is what I referenced when I came to see your gym. Clearly your website remains out of date. And your response absolutely backs up what I’m saying about being rude and condescending. That’s an incredibly fake and passive aggressive response. Best of luck.
Original: I moved to town a month ago, and this gym is close to where I live. I checked out everything they had to say online and decided to see if I could get a tour. When I walked in, I was greeted by no one, though three people were talking in an office right near the entry to the gym. I proceeded to take my own tour. When I was done, I went down to engage the folks that were in the office. I was referred to go online to get a trial pass because I could get two extra days. Also, when I inquired about the sauna, I was spoke to very rudely and condescendingly by the owner, who made it very clear they had no plans or interest of re-opening that part of their facility. Though she was willing to put down PTAC for ‘only’ having a dry sauna. At least it’s operational! She even went so far as to iterate that it was mentioned online that membership didn’t include the sauna facilities, however, you can see by my photo here that their website still says that they are planning on re-opening this. Super disappointing experience, not very friendly people at all. Very contradictory to what I’ve experienced in the rest of Port Townsend so far. Went and joined PTAC. No complaints there so far; it’s clean, everything works, and everyone is friendly and helpful.

This gym is extremely out dated. When my boyfriend and I moved here about 2 years ago we joined because there’s basically nothing else in this area. The gym was extremely dirty, over priced, and when I had complaints about an older gentlemen harassing me and following me home the owner did nothing about it. So we ultimately left. It wasn’t worth working out at a gym that I felt extremely uncomfortable at and the equipment was dirty and old.

Wonderful gym and wonderful staff. They do an excellent job in that they maintain a safe and sanitized space during this time of COVID 19. I feel completely safe and comfortable coming here because of the variety of safety measures put in place such as: Live online count of how many people are in gym; online sign-up for reserving blocks of time to work out with minimal people; and, finally, the frequent sanitization of all gym equipment. Thank you for being open and allowing us to stay healthy and keep our immune systems up by being active!

The owner is very condescending. I wanted to cancel because of a few reasons mainly male harassment. She proceeded by calling me “sweetheart” and speaking to me in a very rude and defensive manner- refusing to cancel my gym membership- wanting me to pay a few hundred dollars- but not giving me a number when asked. Since signing up I have heard many unsavory things about Michelle West and warned to not do business with her. Now I know why. Do not go beyond the trial membership. She was friendly enough in the beginning but she does not care about her members. That’s why all the employees are kids- the sauna and steam room are unmaintained or closed and limited due to “high electric bills”. She is greedy, unethical and ultimately VERY unprofessional. I would think a woman would be more akin to another woman and listen when I express my discomfort with other male members. She didn’t even bother to call to inquire about my want for cancellation she sent me an impersonal email.
