I became interested in working with Ethan when I saw that he is a detail oriented bodybuilder who practices what he preaches. I have never been an athletic person and since Covid and all that quarantine, I had lost motivation to stay healthy. I came across Ethan’s page on Instagram and I knew I had to reach out. My husband and I both have been training with Ethan since mid September 2021 and we have been seeing results! He made us meal plans that we both ENJOY. I never thought I’d like eating healthy, and I love it now! He makes the workout based on us individually and knows how to push us and challenge us in a healthy way.
