Candlelight Flow - So far, my favorite non hot yoga class. Has a good mix of Vinyasa and Hot Yoga in a 75min class that allows enough time in each pose to feel a satisfying stretch, challenge your balance, and to fully let go.
Had April as instructor and she was very flexible with her routine, incorporating the students' requests of specific muscle groups, offering multiple modifications to poses, and helping students get the most out of their yoga practice.
Liked how the studio offers practice mats, blocks, and straps for students to use.

I've only done one class so far with April, it was amazing to say the least. I feel calm and welcome. I'm not a yoga person as in I don't know poses and I am not flexible. That was not an issue. Both sides are our body were worked equally and by the end of class I was flowing through poses. I didn't feel pressured. I had to step out of a pose if I was tired. April was attentive and helped students position properly. There was nice calming music. I left relaxed and happy and mindful of my soul. I am going to continue going. I recommend you not to hesitate in coming here

April is awesome and has changed many of my previously held misunderstandings about yoga and the people who practice it.
Having sustained multiple, long-lasting injuries in the Army, I went out on a limb based on the advice of a friend to give yoga a shot. Since day one, I've had all expectations exceeded.
As someone with zero experience and tons of bad posture habits, April regularly went out of her way to ensure I was developing proper muscle memory to prevent further injuries.
I've been practicing for going on my second year now and continued to improve physically. A previously de-habilitating neck injury is nearly a memory and my back problems have drastically improved. Additionally, the added benefit of body awareness has helped me identify when I'm storing stress in my body, allowing me to take steps to reduce my migraines from a couple times a month to three or four all last year.
I really can't say enough good things about this place and the people who teach and practice here. :)

A relaxing and therapeutic massage in a nice environment. Cortney is a skilled therapist, and I would recommend her service.
