I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Art really takes the time to meet you where you are at in your fitness journey. He also encourages you to keep challenging yourself.
I have bad knees and it’s been so nice to be able to go up and down stairs w/out having pain all the time. Very happy with my progress.

I've been working with Art for almost a year, and I can't get enough. I'm no spring chicken, but I am stronger than I've ever been. I told him my goals, and he's kept me focused on them. That is his only agenda. Not only have I put on a lot of muscle, I am more flexible than I've been in decades despite having severe arthritis in both knees. More importantly, I've lowered my A1c all the way down to 6.1 from 7+ and reversed my fatty liver disease! My doctor was impressed! I know I put in the actual work, but Art's inspiration has made all the difference. That and his goofy sense of humor.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (but brush up on your classic rock trivia or he will whup your butt there as well)!

I have had a series of individual virtual training sessions with Art over the past 6 months. He is very knowledgeable and a great personal trainer! The instruction is clear, the workouts are challenging, and I am seeing visible progress. Setting up sessions and changing times when necessary is easy. Art is very personable and enjoyable to talk with during rest breaks. Give him a try. You won't be disappointed!
