I found Firefly Lacey in November 2024. The classes are terrific, and I have began seeing improvement in strength and flexibility within a couple of weeks. This is a great place to learn with great teachers, especially Ronny. He is awesome.

Love Firefly Yoga because the instructors meet the individual needs of the students, and always take safety into consideration. There's a class for everyone such as functional strength, broga, and yoga for all. I took my first yoga class 50 years ago. I've practiced many forms of yoga at several different studios. Firefly is the BEST!

Joining Firefly Yoga was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The instructors are highly experienced and genuine. They do their best to ensure that their classes are safe and accessible to all. The teacher training they offer is stellar. It changed my life for the better and in ways I cannot begin to describe. On top of all that, after practicing yoga for about a year, my chronic lower back pain is no longer chronic but significantly minimal! I’m so grateful for Firefly Yoga 🙏🏻

This studio is what my heart has been looking for! Ronny is an amazing teacher. Not only does he teach the physical aspects of yoga beautifully but he reminds us that yoga is so much more than the asanas…. And THAT is what I love about this space. I have been practicing yoga for 9 years now and I would definitely recommend this studio!

Absolute best 200-hour yoga teacher training I could have asked for. Many great teachers between this studio in Lacey and the one located in Tumwater. Highly recommend anyone interested in learning about yoga to engage with Firefly!

I have been attending Firefly Yoga with my mom for about two or three months now. I had only done it slightly when I was in high school, and the thought of taking a class terrified me. Luckily, they offer private lessons and work you towards taking a class onve you are comfortable. Lisa, the owner, is one of the sweetest people I have met. Her love for yoga, and her devotion towards her students, is inspiring. The prices are extremely reasonable, and I have seen a drastic change in my flexibility and mindset. I look forward to going every week, and I could not be happier with my experience.
