Ridiculous policy to make people have to come in to cancel their memberships. If not, you continuously get charged for membership. Then they have the rudest law firm on the planet contact you to collect a membership you've tried to cancel and haven't used in almost a year. It feels like a trap to keep people from leaving on their own. You can call and quit a job, but can't call or cancel a gym membership online. You can order anything online, and cancel the delivery even after it's been shipped, but can't stop their automatic payments. Some people like myself have health issues since the pandemic and are no longer able to just walk into a gym or other public places. I also don't need the added guilt of not continuing to workout. It's frustrating and a disgusting policy they have here. I have no problem with the staff who work there, but they need to get rid of that trap, or intentionally/deliberately disclose it upfront.

Good gym and good staff only complaint is I moved and am out of reach of the gym now and it has been a hassle canceling my membership. I've called multiple times and have driven down there to cancel it in person was told that it was canceled but I am still receiving payments from them. Having to replace my card to stop the payments.

I love this gym! It’s never crowded, and the employees are always helpful. Ed, the manager, is a really nice guy, and he always listens to you. He’s always on top of any problems and fixes thing’s quickly. I’ve been going to this gym for several years, and it’s the best!

They have an employee that cusses people out for not wearing masks sufficiently over the mouth around him. He doesn’t wear one when people aren’t looking either. His name is “Andre.” He has done this several times and I recently witnessed him cuss out a Green Beret saying “F@&K your freedoms” to his face. I would say it’s just one employee but because it is an reoccurring issue, it shows the values of this business and how they value their customers.

I work out at least 5 days a week. Around 10, not crowded, folks wear masks, maintain 6 feet distance...lots of equipment, including weights, spray bottles to clean equipment off. Go in work out & leave, no showers...

Love my gym! Been going there since it opened, (6+years). Super affordable (about $12/month. Great manager and staff, always friendly. Minimal equipment and space. Work out and go home or go to work. Child care on site (not during Covid times), and they have 2 changing rooms (awesome) and a tanning bed (not sure.why). Personal trainers there are very knowledgeable and dedicated.

My first and only gym membership, so I don't have a lot to compare to. The main attraction for me was that it's not crowded...and, it's connected to the Fred Meyer. Ok, mostly because Fred Meyer. Good staff that is constantly wiping down equipment and they supply the items for you as well. It doesn't have the most high end equipment, but there is pretty much everything you need. Stair climber, stationary bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, rowing, free weights and tvs so you can even forget you're exercising.

It's not the most inexpensive, $15/mo plus a yearly sub fee ($65?), and a sign up fee (which they may waive).

During this pandemic, my other gym closed down and continued billing me. I saw Fitness 19 was open only by chance and went and spoke with the owner. He was extremely friendly, professional and fair. The gym has absolutely everything anybody interested in working out and staying in shape needs including free weights and a variety of machines and cardio equipment. Fitness 19 refuses to adopt the billing practices of LA fitness, as well as others, who continue to price gorge their clientele. La fitness and other gyms continue to expect money for nothing while fitness 19 stopped billing when closed. This place puts their customers first and understands the physical and mental health implications of not being able to exercise properly because of social distancing. They have common sense social distancing rules within the gym including maintaining a 6-ft distance from others, wearing a mask except when on cardio equipment and the expectation that their customers clean the equipment. They provide you the disinfected spray bottles and rags. If I can give this place six stars I would!

F19 is a good little gym and the staff are friendly. For a small gym it has all the needed equipment but it could use some maintenance. The only thing that would give this another star would be a much higher attention to cleaning. People that go to gyms expect and require a clean environment.

I've been going for about 18 months now. I like it because the people use this gym generally seem to want to work out. I had gone to LA fitness before and it was all just kids chatting on the equipment. There aren't as many amenities as a big gym, but the price reflects that. The hours are fine for me as I don't go very late. I've never had to wait for equipment either. The staff is always friendly too and says hello, which is a big change from the large chain gyms.

Recently joined and I like it so far. I haven't seen it too busy to where I couldn't get on a treadmill. I've seen the staff clean/disinfect the machines on several different occasions. The staff is always very nice. There is never a problem finding parking either. Once I forgot my headphones and the music playing inside actually wasn't too bad. I like the variety of tv shows a well.

I absolutely love this Fitness club. I've been to other gyms and a member of other gyms that I just was not a fan of. I like the fact that this facility has just what I need weights and machines treadmills and ellipticals. Everybody in here seems In Their Own Zone minding their business and serious about their Fitness. I never feel stared at or intimidated to do any of my exercises. I will never go anywhere else for my fitness needs. Been coming here for three years and we'll be staying for sure.

Super cheap membership. With that you dont get great facilities. They dont have enough clips on the weight machines, so you have to take clips from one machine to attach a handle to another machine. The toilet paper holder in the mens restroom has been broken for some time now. Having said all that, for $13 a month, they have all the free weights I need. They have plenty of cardio equipment too. Treadmills, ellipticals and bikes.

Clean, affordable! Their agreement is easy to understand and quick to sign up. They remember who I am, and genuinely ask about my life. If you want to meet people that will encourage you to do your best, this is the place. It has a pretty good mix of people that work out there, too. As a female, this is one of the very few places where I enjoy my time in the weight room. The guys aren't gross and don't gawk at your butt. This is the only gym I have ever found where the music they play over the pa isn't offensive!! Plus, free wi-fi!
