AD is the GOAT of trainers. If you’re looking for someone to help you improve your form for any lift or exercise, he is THE guy. I have worked with other trainers and no one has helped me with my form as much as he has. I am squatting and deadlifting with ZERO pain in my back for the first time in my life. I love his programming and have gotten a lot stronger since starting with him in March. I feel very grateful that I’m able to exercise with such a skilled and patient trainer.

AD is a very knowledgeable trainer. He took the time to fully understand my injuries and goals, and created an effective workout routine that would strengthen the muscles and joints that caused me the most pain. He definitely challenged me and kicked my ass, as I requested, haha! I deadlifted and bench pressed for the first time with AD and he ensured to teach me proper form. He’s a very passionate trainer and that itself influenced me to work hard during our sessions. He also has amazing taste in music and shared many R&B artists, which was a plus. Thank you AD!

Adrian was so helpful! When I started, I was having trouble getting off the floor. He met me where I was at and encouraged me to grow. My weight training helped me complete several half marathons and lose 25 pounds!

I trained with AD for a year before moving to California.
During that time I made significant gains in both muscle and confidence in the gym.

He's meticulous about form, which was great because I was always worried about looking dumb when doing barbell movements haha.

He also has a sports background that really opened the door to me getting into plyometrics and agility movements. I just started getting into boxing and his training has really come in handy.

You're in good hands with AD if you decide to start a fitness journey or want to sharpen your current skills.

AD is knowledgeable, motivating, and always tailors the program to meet my needs. I've seen significant improvements in my fitness level in 9 months. We worked on building great fundations and improving strength. AD always collects my feedbacks, focuses on techniques to make the exercises much more efficient. AD's dietary suggestions are also very helpful. I would definitely recommend AD to everyone.

Don't Waste my trainer's time. I value this incredible person too much for people to neglect his time, energy, and effort.

I reached out to AD in 2022 with apprehension but desperate to change my life. Weighing at 472 at the time I needed guidance to fix my health.

2 years later Im down to 344 lbs. The journey has been hard, I have failed on many occasions and lord knows insulin resistance made progress stagnant for long periods of time but still we continued to stay the course.

Adrian have spent my weight trainer for 2 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He is very conscientious and deeply dedicated to his clients. Adrian is very dedicated to his clients in the gym and in regards to other things going on in their personal life that may affect their ability to make gains in the gym. He is a very caring and kind and dedicated trainer. He always knows when to push you to be able to do more and when to stand back when needed. I have thoroughly enjoyed training with him these past 2 years and would recommend him to anyone.
