My Wife, Son (15 years old), and I rotate doing Partner sessions with Skyler and have been going for about a year now. We love how he is focused on educating us as well as helping us physically. The workouts and overall program is tailored to help us work towards our goal of increasing our ability to use our body properly throughout our life. We love the amount of variety provided so no workout is exactly the same. Skyler has impacted our health in many more ways than the 1 hour workouts; his education and recommendations have improved every aspect of our health.

I was looking for a personal trainer who would be able to help me to maintain balance and mobility. A friend of mine who is a client of Fly Fitness recommended it to me. I work with Sky, who is fantastic. He is a kinesiologist and is so knowledgeable about how the human body works - it is amazing! I have learned so much from him. He is kind, patient and made me feel comfortable right out of the gate. I have lost 25 pounds since started to work with Sky, developed more balance and confidence in my ability to improve and maintain my mobility as I age. I'm 27 years old and for the last 3+ years I've been dealing with chronic lower back pain. I had previously sought help from other professionals who couldn't identify the root issue. Some thought it was a slipped disc and suggested surgery, others offered different stretches and yoga moves to try alleviating the pain without any substantial results, so you can imagine my frustration.

However, Skyler's expertise and personalized approach at Fly Fitness made all the difference. Not only did he provide immediate relief during our initial session, but he also devised a comprehensive and dynamic long-term plan to eliminate the issue and help me pursue my goal of building strength.

Throughout my time with Fly Fitness, I have learned a ton about the physics behind movement, proper forms and techniques, as well as listening to your body and responding accordingly. Skyler has an impressively vast knowledge of the human body and his ability to explain the reasons behind each exercise attests to that. What truly sets him apart is his passion to fix the issue and help you get better/stronger.

In just two months of working with Skyler, I have noticed a drastic difference in my overall well-being. I moved to Vancouver last summer and began working with Skyler about six months ago. I found out about him through my daughter and son-in-law who had been working with him about a year; both were in phenomenal shape, not to mention having lost weight. My daughter set a goal of running a half marathon in the Columbia River Gorge and with Skyler's coaching, accomplished that with flying colors. I'm 70+ and was most interested in improving flexibility, strength and balance. I'm thrilled with the results. Skyler is extremely knowledgable, encouraging and patient. I always feel great after a session, and think I have added years to my life. I'm training to enter the half marathon myself this year as a walker. I highly recommend him.

We moved to the area in 2021. My partner and I were looking to get in shape and found Fly Fitness. It had good reviews and we loved our initial consultation with Skyler. He was extremely thorough, sought to understand what our goals were, measured our baseline health and identified issues we were really eager to work on. He designed a program for us as a couple. We liked the experience so much that we decided to go all in and have been working with Fly Fitness intensively for over a year now. The coaching is outstanding, Skyler is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and conscientious. We work with each other on juggling schedules as issues arise. Overall our experience has been amazing. Combined with improved food choices and overall increased activity outside of training, I have lost over 27 lbs, have a lot more energy and overall feel much better than I’ve felt in over a decade. I’ve also had a nagging injury that through the training we have been able to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and reduce pain.

The work with Fly Fitness allows us to be more productive at work and enjoy a lot of outdoor activities. I highly recommend Fly Fitness to anyone looking to build a holistic fitness regimen. You will get results.

Unlike other personal trainers I have worked with, Fly Fitness started with a personal assessment on mobility and functionality (instead of others who just wanted to see how many push-ups I could do etc.). All of my workouts were tailored to what I enjoyed and also my skill level, still pushed me each time!

I’ve been working with Skyler for a few months now, and it has been amazing. He is so knowledgeable and knows so much about sports injuries and how to rehab and correct them. I have worked with quite a few trainers, but Skyler is by far my favorite. He listens and is not only patient but will push you as well. I work out with him once a week and he plans all my other work outs. With my busy schedule, he is super easy to deal with on scheduling and he will even travel to my house. I highly recommend working with him. He is an awesome trainer and the work outs we do are fun yet challenging. If your looking for a trainer definitely go with Skyler.

I've worked with a few different personal trainers, and Skyler with Fly Fitness is by far the best. The results I've seen with Skyler are amazing. He's the first trainer I've had that has helped me actually hit the goals I set with him when we first talked. I've made significant improvement on all of the movements and exercises we do, and we have benchmarks for everything. More importantly for me, I've achieved the muscle tone and look that I've been working toward for a long time. Fly Fitness has me looking fly and flying on the basketball court!
