My experience at G town fitness was impacted greatly by issues of communication and honesty. The owner is unclear and uncommunicative. The owner fails to notify members when prices are being raised and changes requirements of cancelling a membership in order to delay the process. The owner also fails to update costumers and blames them for her wrong doing. She gives inaccurate information and makes many excuses as to why she is not available in order to avoid inquiries from costumers. She also takes clarifications or concerns personal and results in her getting defensive. For example, There was an incident where she was taking money from my family member for a product without having the product and lied about when it was coming, constantly extending the expected date in hopes that they would forget. After waiting for a long period of time and it was clear that the owner wasn’t going to have the product. When my family member asked for a refund she got very offended. The dishonesty and communication make it hard to recommend this gym. If you are seeking an environment of honesty and communication, I would not trust this establishment and it is best to consider other gyms.

Even though I have only been going to this gym for a couple months and it’s the first gym I have ever attended in my life, I have to say, with no singular type of hesitation, that it’s one of the best gyms found here in Grandview! From how kind the staff is, to the wide variety of machines that you can use to your own liking, this gym ultimately offers what you are going to need in order to start you on your own personal journey to a life of fitness and good overall health. Although the gym is small as of right now and has those lonely days, it’s still a place full of like-minded people that not only are open to anyone wanting to jump into this tiny community, but also share the common goal of making themselves better than yesterday and has the aroma of focus and discipline, which is what we all need in our lives in general to make the best out of ourselves. I’m aware that some people may have complained about issues regarding the pricing or the lack of communication there was in the past, but from my own word & experience, the employees at the gym are really active and are happy to take you in, even if they are not there, and as long as you stay disciplined and know what goals you are trying to reach within the gym itself, the pricing shouldn’t really affect you, but again, I am speaking from my own word, so you can take it or leave it. But enough talk, GTown is such an extraordinary gym for such a small town, 100/10, definitely recommend it for anyone who is considering elevating their health, body & mind to a level never imagined before, perhaps becoming the next person to obtain a Mr. Olympia title!

Gym has some of the best prices in the valley and is always cleaned. Everyone there is friendly and no one ever hogging the machines and are very respectful. Everyone cleans the machines after done using. They have all the machines you could ever need . Owner is always open to hearing gym members Input as well as they have amazing protein and pre work out supplement without having to go no where else to buy(very affordable).

During the whole covid situation, they closed, but they kept charging my monthly bill, so i decided to cancel my membership due to an injury. The person i talked to told me to bring in a doctor's note and my key, to cancel and give me a refund. Well as soon as i left. I got a text from them telling me i would still have to pay the month "after they said they would refund me my money that was being charged with out my permission. Shame on you gtown!! No wonder everyone is leaving you!.

Had this gym for about 8 years. Never late for a payment had auto pay. I cancelled card and called in. Whoever answered said payment went it “makes no sense since card Is cancelled” but got a phone call a few days later saying I owed 30 dollars of late fees for something that isn’t my fault. Makes no sense but paid them and cancelled. Worse customer service ever!!!!!
