We have two kids 9 and 5yrs old started there about a month ago
I had a very bad experiance with the manager when I asked to speak to the manager she came out in very bad attiude told me she only have 2 minutes for me!!
If you don't have time for the parents then you should't be the manager there and someone who have time should be there .and she refused to give me contact info to the owner and then sent us an email saying our two kids are't welcome there.

Kind staff!! Sage the desk lady was very kind when answering my question about classes. All of the coaches are very nice it seems Madeline is very knowledgeable in classes and I would recommend to everyone in the muckilteo area. I do wish that you had adult classes!

I recently visited this gym, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The registration process (by text message) was unnecessarily complicated. The staff did not seem welcoming or attentive, which made the entire process even more frustrating.
What was most upsetting was the way I was treated β I left feeling uncomfortable and discriminated against. I truly hope they take feedback seriously and make changes to improve their customer service, communication, and overall atmosphere.

We have been taking my kiddo here for a couple years now. Coach Annie is absolutely wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and so great with all the kids. My daughter loves her. She is the #1 reason we attend gymagine classes.

Was very excited for my kids first gymnastics class. I have two toddlers 2 years old & 3 year old. Did not feel like it was geared towards toddlers and the staff was not attentive towards the children. Not beginner friendly and not super welcoming. Prior to the our first class the communication was not good at all either. I tried calling multiple times no answer or call back only text which was hit or miss if they texted us back. I have 3 kids that were all very excited for this experience and did not have a good time at all. If I could rate it a 0 star I would.

I took my toddler here for the 1 hour open gym, and she had the best time. The space is huge and did not feel crowded at all. Everything also felt super safe for little kids. The front desk gal was very friendly !
We will be back!

The most unfriendly front desk person I met. I couldn't even get the information I needed. My son was very disappointed on her. You lost potential customer.

The gym is much bigger than you expect walking into the facility. Itβs clean and has a nice upper deck area for parents to get a full view of their kid(s). Coach Annie is next level incredible from my perspective. She handles a class of 3/4 year olds so well and teaches them in a developmentally appropriate manner. You can tell she is experienced, wise, and calm. I started here because a friend recommended coach Annie and I can definitely see why.

My 3yo has been coming for a few months and we love it! The prices are really good and the quality of the classes, facilities and communication is great! I love that they prorate the classes if they are sick and miss a class.
But the best thing are the coaches. They are friendly, kind, patient, and enjoy that the little ones are having fun while learning making it a joy for them to keep coming.
Thereβs a viewing deck which makes it very comfortable to work while the kiddos are in class and still watch them do it. Definitely recommend!

My daughter has been enrolled in their gymnastics for about a year, she has barely learned anything new. These classes are VERY expensive compared to other places. When I watch her sessions there is a lot of "down time" and not a lot being taught to the class. She does enjoy it and says she has fun but it's not definintely not productive. My daughter has had 4 different instructors during this time, and all but 1 did not seem very knowledgeable about gymnastics. Also, I have had issues keeping my daughter in the same class because they didn't tell me about "auto enrollment"- I didn't have any issues keeping her in her class for the first few months or so and all of the sudden she is no longer able to be in that class and had to be moved because the class was full. Actually, they told me that specific class time was not available anymore and that was the reason she was bumped, when in all actuality, the class was still scheduled- they actually just over booked the class. I found this out because my daughter's good friend is in her same class and I spoke to her mother who informed me the class is in fact still scheduled. Whenever I try and call this place they almost never answer, I have to call several times- sometimes several times over the course of the day to get a hold of ANYONE. You can try and leave a message but they don't always call back. There have been issues with being over charged, and you have to work to get your money back. Overall, I would not choose this place for gymnastics.

Gymagine gymnastics has been a wonderful experience for my 4 year old. Staff is friendly and patient; they always challenge my kiddo during class. I've always had a good experience talking to the ladies who run the office. They call me back in a timely manner and answer any questions I have. I highly recommend trying Gymagine out and seeing if it's a good fit for your child!

I enrolled my 4 year old in some classes, although it was more like just play time. The coaches are teenagers that stand around daydreaming and not paying attention to the children. No structure whatsoever. Definitely not worth the money for small kids, youβre better off going to an open gym session.

This is a beautiful gymnasium with amazing staff that I am proud to be part of! The staff are so kind and are focused on YOUR goals as a gymnast. Their attention to safety is great, you will always feel very cared for while trying new and maybe even scary skills. This is an all around amazing gymnastics school and they are my first recommendation to anyone interested in building their skill!

Great place to let kids enjoy some play time. It is $11 per visit and cheaper if buy their passes. They used to open at 9:15am and now they open at 9:00am beginning of Jan 1st 2020. Sundays are super busy and tons of kids. These pictures were taken during one of the snow days that were open but nobody else was there.

Gymagine has a very accepting and family-oriented atmosphere, caters to all skill levels, and always puts the customer and their children first. The coaches are all very skilled in making gymnastics fun and enjoyable, while also challenging kids to improve. If you are absent for a class, you can schedule a make-up class with a quick phone call for no extra charge. I would recommend Gymagine to any parent.

Staff does not recognize bullying, someone i know was bullied out of this gym because she joined late and was not as "advanced". Gymnastics was a huge thing for her and she quit because of the girls despicable behavior.

My kids love this place! Weβve never done the classes but come for βopen playβ and they have a blast! From the foam pits with ropes to the trampolines to the beams! Itβs really a good place for kids to get their energy out and my toddlers love the playing in the toddler area! Great staff as well!

Playtime for the littles is pretty chaotic without any rhyme or reason or safety. The trampolines seem dangerous with the exposed springs. My kids had fun but we probably will not be back.

Very Disapointed with the classes. My daughter has been going there for several months now and week after week they do the same thing over and over never doing new things. To many children to one teenage coach ( a different coach each week, while 3 other coaches sit in the office. For 100.00 per month you would think they would teach the children gymnastics instead of play hour once a week.Have a credit and a make up class, They wont refund me the credit even though i told them we were going else where. So i guess they get to keep my money and the class i already paid for Per the manager susan.. I dont recomend this place its cheaper to go to elevated sports and jump on the trampolines there , since they never really tought my daughter gymnastics.
The owner did reach out to me and refund me , thank you!. The Groupons were purchased as gifts from other family members and given to my daughter. We did only enroll those few months but we had also gone there prior to this time and were very happy with Coach Annie. Unfortunatly i still feel like the Younger coaches shouldnt be coaching small children. I still beleive that they need to be learning something new instead of the same thing over and over. As for the coaching issue she had 3 different coaches.

My daughter just joined a month ago and we love this place!! Coach Ben is the best. He is so patient and is a saint. Our daughter is 3 and sometimes those little ones test the Jesus in about anyone. But there's coach Ben, patient and enthusiastic and caring. Our daughter loves it, we'll be doing this for a long time. Thanks for hiring such great coaches! Ben needs a raise!

Both of my daughters are have been on team for a few years, and it's been a hugely positive experience. While there is no shortage of gyms for aspiring gymnasts to compete with, Gymagine offers something special. They are our extended family. My children are safe and nurtured while they are held accountable and challenged. They know they can bring their concerns to their coaches and they will be heard. All of that while learning how to do back handsprings and front tucks? Yes, please!

We go to gymagine every week for their toddler open gym. The kids love the foam pit and the multiple types of trampolines. The open gym is about 45 mins so be sure to arrive a little early to make the most of it.

Seems like all the instructors are teenagers with very little teaching experience. Maybe that is the norm for gymnastics but it certainly isn't the best arrangement. Our kids didn't know much so they didn't get much attention. Most of the attention goes to the kids that are good at gymnastics.
