If you’re looking for a trainer that cuddles you and holds your hand. A trainer that pats your butt and gives you high fives just for showing up. A trainer that tells you good job and gives you warm feels. Look somewhere else, this isn’t the place.

I will push you. I will be hard on you. I will demand excellence of you. I will challenge you beyond what you think you can do. And I will get you farther than whatever goals/results you tell me you’re chasing after. And when you’ve earned it, I’ll give you a high five and tell you “good job.”

I have been going to Anthony for several years now. The value you get is fantastic. He packs in a LOT in 15 minutes. Every workout is different-there's no complacency or boredom.
I'm a 52 year old professional with a busy job, and with an average of three 15 minute workouts a week, Anthony has me benching 225, squatting 315, and has greatly improved my overall fitness.
Like everything else, you get out of it what you put into it, but I would highly recommend.

This is a great gym coached by an incredible trainer. I'm not being dramatic in saying that working out with Anthony has changed my life, and in more ways than I had expected. I'm stronger than ever, have more self-confidence, and this guided workout regimen has even fixed a couple physical problems that had been nagging at me for years. Great service, great value, highly recommended!
