I absolutely loving my experience at Hot Yoga of Mill Creek! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported. The studio is clean, warm, and inviting, and the instructors are truly expert, professional, and great at offering modifications for all levels.

Every class leaves me feeling refreshed and stronger. The heat is perfect, and the flows are just as well balanced. Whether you’re new to hot yoga or a longtime practitioner, this studio creates an ideal environment to improve your practice.

Highly recommend Hot Yoga of Mill Creek, WA 98037! It’s become one of my favorite parts of the routine.

I purchased a 20-class package to attend Quill’s sessions, which were truly wonderful. Unfortunately, she no longer works here, and the other classes did not suit me for personal reasons. That said, the management was very professional, and we were able to reach a fair resolution.

I have been coming to this studio for years now, Hatha is my favorite and Kristen is a great instructor. Also, if you’re ever lucky enough for Rachel the owner to be instructing, you are in for a real treat! These ladies are totally awesome and I feel like more than just a student in class! 💜🩷

Wonderful environment, fabulous teachers, a perfect temperature, low pressure sales…. Honestly, what more could you want? Oh wait, I forgot the cold towel they pass around at the end. That was a godsend! I’m so very impressed with this studio.

I used to like this place but I would like to warn future members to be careful about signing up for any membership. They charge you an absurd amount to cancel your membership even if you have extenuating circumstances that make it hard to come anymore. You also have to sign a contract so there's no way out. So even if you realize after 6 months out of the year that you don't really want to keep going you have to keep paying $120 a month. My boyfriend signed up for classes and was paying for 4 classes a month. He didn't use all of his classes that he paid for but he could still use the credit. That is, until he decided to stop paying for more classes. All the classes he paid for he suddenly no longer had access to because he decided to quit his membership. It really sours my view of the place that I overall had a positive experience with. The drop in prices are ridiculous $40 per class to encourage you to get roped into a membership. My friends wanted to come back with me but they never did because of how expensive drop in is and they lived too far to want to pay for a membership. It's a shame because I used to recommend this place and have brought a lot of people. Now I know I will never return because for them getting extra money is more important than being reasonable and keeping a respectable reputation.

I really enjoy Hatha at Hot Yoga of Mill Creek. Stacy and Kristen are my favorite instructors with fairly different styles. Stacy is a little intense, like a Zen drill instructor that pushes you to do your best. Kristen is sweet and gentle while still encouraging you to give it your all. I'm still a total beginner but can tell I'm improving. I accidentally took Yoga Sculpt once and that was super humbling and I have a hard time believing everyone in there was human.

Coming here for weekly session, you can find a teacher for your needs here. Morning classes are generally more active, close to pilates, evening are more challenging due to static nature of the movement and heat.

Meditation classes right for you if you need a time to relax and inspire.

This studio is my sanctuary! The heat (although I could probably use an extra 10 degrees), the energy, and the incredible community are my escape from the chaos of daily life.

Stacy, is pretty much a body sculpting Michelangelo, and is single-handedly responsible for my abs! So if you need abs for Summer, strength for picking up your toddler, or you just want to learn to hold a plank for 5 minutes, sign up for her 6am Tuesday classes, or her sculpt classes!

Kristin’s Hatha classes are amazing! Even though Hatha consists of the same set of poses, somehow, nothing compares to her Hatha classes. I’m not sure how or what she does, but I’m telling you, you haven’t experienced true Hatha until you’ve experienced Kristin’s Hatha.

Olivia has taught me to bend and twist in ways I never thought possible. And if you’re bored of similar yoga routines, you need an Olivia class. She always manages to come up with something new, fun, and doesn’t shy away from challenging you and pushing your boundaries.

I enjoyed hatha, yin and private lessons. I had to learn how to do yoga on my own because I needed more yoga time to help heal injuries and improve my posture. The teachers here taught me a lot. Hajera, Lynn, Katerina, Sarah, Monique and other teachers helped me more than I could possibly find the words to express.

Newer to this studio, but really loving it so far! The classes I have taken so far have all been well instructed and guided with lots of room for variations and flexibility, as suggested by the instructor. Great for people like me getting back into hot yoga after quite a few years. The facilities are also very clean and welcoming, and provide necessary tools for deepening one’s practice. Grateful to be here and looking forward to more classes 🙏🏼

A friend was going and invited me, so I figured why not, I wanted to try it, so not only was it my first yoga class, but why not try the hot yoga. It was great! The instructor was great, and they gave you a nice cold essential towel at the end. I will be going back. I need to work on my balance 🤣

Very cute studio with excellent instructors. Heating system is effective. I have tried most hot yoga studios from Bothell to arlington and hands down this one is my favorite. I would love it if the studio would offer more 90 min classes in the afternoons on weekdays for those getting off from work. Or at least offer 2 options on weekends. So far only one class per week offered at 4:30 pm on Sundays which feels late. Saturdays in the am or earlier than 4 pm for 90 min would be amazing.

I have been coming to Hot Yoga of Mill Creek for about 7 months now. I was a complete beginner when I started and have struggled with flexibility my whole life. Coming here for classes once a week has helped immensely with increasing my flexibility! All of the instructors are very kind, informative and easy to follow along. The Hatha classes are my personal favorite. The studio is clean and never gets too packed. The heat is cozy and manageable. Overall, I would highly recommend this studio to beginners and advanced yogis.

I’ve been to several yoga studios throughout my life and I never really felt a true connection until I started attending classes at Hot Yoga of Mill Creek. They offer a variety of classes for anyone and everyone. The teachers are all excellent and they give suggestions of variations to ease into challenging poses or find ways to push you further to find your edge. I feel a sense of community at this studio which I’ve been in search of but never really found that with other studios. I have been coming here for 1.5 years and have already seen so much growth in my practice. I can’t recommend this studio enough!

If you were bikram style taught, It is not traditional Hatha, there is music and variations as options. But you have to enjoy it for what it is. It taught me to Be open to change in my practice.

It was my first hot yoga experience and basically first real yoga class in maybe 8 years. I was really anxious about going to a new studio alone but the reviews made it seem like it was a good place for beginners. I came about 20 minutes early to get myself acquainted and the lady (who was also my instructor) was really easy-going. She gave me a quick tour and let me set up on my own. I LOVE the set up of the studio -- Simple, dim, and relaxing. There were about 12 or so people for this 8AM Hatha class and I liked how it was not crowded but enough where I could watch and follow the people in front of me. Its 105 degrees for the Hatha class and I will say it was VERY challenging! I tried my best and the instructor was gentle in correcting my form which I appreciated. Toward the end it got a little fast, and I had no reference to follow since we were turned the other way so I was really lost. Nevertheless, I didnt feel embarrassed at all. It was such a relaxing and calm vibe in there, everyone is just doing their own thing and in their own headspace.

Even though Hatha was still super challenging for a beginner like me, the class was welcoming and open and free of judgement.

Next time, I will try the Yin or Yoga and Meditation since from the description it might seem even slower pace. One downside is that the schedule is mostly Hatha and Power and I will have to wait a few more days before trying the Yin or Yoga/Meditation since it seems to only be offered every 3-4 days.

Best hot yoga studio! The instructors are amazing especially Kristen and Stacy! Olivia and Sarah are also wonderful. I go with my mom and her friend when I go and we all love the classes. We have tried them all and go to different classes depending on the week. The late 8pm class is very convenient when you have a busy day best way to unwind the day. We have gotten so much more flexible and better in our poses and I can’t believe how much we have fallen in love with yoga! This has helped my mom tremendously with her anxiety, I would highly recommend for anyone that struggles with this as an option to see if it works for you as well. Thank you for always making everyone feel welcomed and fostering inclusivity as a studio. The first come first show policy is amazing and never makes you feel bad if you don’t make it to class if something personally comes up. It is a studio truly centered around the customer.

I have been attending Hot yoga of mill creek for two months.I tried another studio and liked this studio better because there are more choices of classes, classes at different temperatures and all the staff are very friendly and helpful! I would recommend you Try the new student 2 week unlimited trial for $35. This really helped me to get use to the heat, and to try different classes and instructors. I usually attend 5 classes a week and my favorites are Yoga and meditation On Sundays, Yin on Fridays, and Hatha 90 minute class in Saturdays. I have also tried virtual classes which help when I am unable to get to the studio.

Overall this was a good place to come go to for hot yoga classes. In regards to the way they take care of their customers they lacked major communication. Since the covid 19 pandemic they made it clear that putting your account on hold was an option, I spoke with Kirsten and she specifically told me to let her know when I’d like my hold to be taken off.
Then I realized they were trying to charge my card multiple times each month with out contacting me. I spoke with the owner Rachel in regards to this with absolute no understanding for anyones circumstances but really wanting their money. I signed a contract for a cancelation for $50 and they refused to send me a copy of the form I signed and then went to then tell me they were out of the original cancelation forms which is why I was given the form for the apparently wrong cancelation amount. Not only that they charged me for a $15 “late fee” as none of my previous payments were ever late. They took my account off hold and then claimed because I hadn’t canceled it yet that this was a apparent “late fee”. Honestly just a really horrible customer service and major communication issue this company as. Absolutely unprofessional and money hungry.

Every class I've taken at this studio over the years has been incredible, and I often come out of class feeling like a better person. The studio is clean and smells great. The workshops are also amazing; from inversions to back bending to chakra to yin to advanced poses to gong baths - so many workshops... can't wait for the next retreat! I'm not one to dwell in the past but I am happy to say I have found a new yoga home! I'm so upset with my last experience with this studio, still to this day! This awful experience was many moons ago, I would travel 45 minutes just to get to this studio (due to location of my home). I arrived to the class not even 5 minutes due to a fatal accident that was creating mass traffic on I-5. The class had bearly even begun with their warm up breathing. The instructor took the time to open the door to tell me I was not allowed in due to being late, then sent me back on my way home to travel another 45 minutes. I value my time and now I had wasted an hour and a half of my even due to this inconsiderate instructpr. He gives me the excuse that I'm disrupting his class, yet coming to the door to explain this to me was not disruptive..... lol What a joke!
