I’ve only just started. So far the people are very friendly! Workouts are intermediate, but I’ve only tried the isometric sessions. Studio and saunas are very clean. I will say, all the usual franchise stuff reminiscent of Beachbody. Supplements and merchandise all plastered with the logo, not necessarily a negative thing.

Loving this gym! After a lifetime of different gym memberships, classes, home gyms, a regular running routine, and years spent with personal trainers this is so refreshing! I've done it all and it's so fun having something new and different. I love having the option to participate in the community of other members, or just do my own thing. The staff is really helpful and friendly, and I felt zero pressure regarding a membership. The 6 month contract is totally doable and the member fees are reasonable. Like I said REFRESHING.
The place is so clean, and I really feel the benefits from the infrared sauna. Not to mention I am much more intentional with staying hydrated. Highly recommend!

I just started going to Hotworx in March and it has been the best decision. We have a sauna at home but taking time for the sauna and a workout was too time consuming being a working mom. I tried hotworx on a whim with a friend... I signed up for a membership that night! I've been a member for about 2 weeks so far, and I haven't done a session yet that I haven't liked. We had so much fun and felt great after. I love the privacy of the rooms, and bonus they have free weights you can use whenever. Love it so far!!

Never have I been told that I must wait 60 DAYS in order to cancel a membership, UNTIL NOW! This place is nice but I haven’t had time to make it in. I decided to cancel so I wasn’t wasting my money and they told me that I have to pay 2 more months full price in order to cancel. WHAT A SCAM! It’s clear they enjoy taking in profits of people who don’t want their services anymore and are fond of making it as difficult as possible to end the membership.

Workouts in the sauna are improving my flexibility and I notice much less soreness than traditional workout classes. The seller for me was the free weight room with optional video workouts if you need. I’ve never had trouble booking or found it too busy the time I like to go, midday.
