You're not going to believe me when I say Hum Yoga House changed my life. That's ok. You shouldn't believe everything you read on the internet, and I've found peace and contentment, so I don't care what you think.
I've been going to hatha and vinyasa classes at Hum House for a year, and because of the space here I've healed from trauma, fixed my posture, resolved my back pain, and stopped being suicidal. (I'm not kidding.) Also, I can touch my toes now.
Listen, you can do yoga anywhere you want. I want to do it at Hum House: where I can follow it up with local espresso and a mental health walk through Fairhaven Park. (Also, my therapist is in Fairhaven, and no sadness can compete with all three strategies at once.) I want to do yoga at Hum House: where the floorboards radiate warmth and the people radiate peace. I want to do yoga at Hum House, where the instructors guide instead of pressure you through the flow. I want to do yoga at Hum House: because hot yoga makes me dizzy, and this is room-temp yoga.
I hope to see you here, too. Healing, breathing, reaching.
Thank you.

I've tried a lot of yoga studios around Bellingham, and Hum is by far my favourite! The space is cozy, small, intimate... And Heather and Lyndz have the most wonderful energy. No matter how long it's been since you've attended a class, they always remember who you are!

The space is beautiful, the teachers are first-rate, and the vibe is inclusive and welcoming. The classes are approachable yet powerful. The women running this studio really seem to understand the deeper dimensions of yoga, as well as the physical practice.

I love everything about this yoga studio. The vibe, instructors, temperature of the studio, music, large windows that lookout during the practice, it feels so cozy and welcoming. So happy to have this new Bellingham gem.

Love this new studio in Fairhaven. The space is cozy and inviting, and looks out towards greenery. I am thankful to get to return to Lyndz’s Bhakti Flow classes at this studio. I’ve also taken Solar and Space and both have been wonderful. Thanks so much for this building this space.

A beautiful, serene studio with intentional and innovative instructors. I’ve taken Lyndz’s classes for over a decade and love this new space that her and Heather have created. I’ve been to their solar 75 class- it’s warm, activating and accessible to all levels. I can’t wait to try all of their other classes! I highly reccomend this new studio in Fairhaven.

Amazing new yoga studio! Walking in, the vibe is calming and also very clean! I took Lyndz’s class and she was a great instructor. The flow of the class was smooth and well thought out, and Lyndz also offered many modifications with each pose. The music reflected the movement intensity, which is something I always appreciate. I highly recommend the 7 am Solar 60! After the class, both Heather and Lyndz took the time to introduce the other students to me and that made me feel appreciated and gave a sense of community. 100% will be coming back!
