Go to Christine if you want an amazing personal trainer! She consistently provides a great, tailored workout in a private setting. Christine understands and teaches not only the exercises, but the recovery aspect of it also (which it turns out is just as important). She is skilled in knowing how to safely work around injuries, aches and pains while still giving an awesome workout that delivers results. I loved her holistic and balanced approach to training. She is very fun and encouraging to work with. I learned so much from her and gained so many tools that I will take with me the rest of my life.

Just what I was looking for in a personal trainer. She customizes workouts to fit your needs, and takes very careful notes to track your progress.
Very encouraging and very knowledgeable!
She has a good variety of equipment so no matter what your goals are you'll have what you need.

After 5 months I can feel the difference in muscle growth and strength. Highly recommended!

Training with Christine is much more than I ever expected! I'd always thought that working out with a trainer was going to be a lot of sore muscles and "Give me ten more," but she incorporates recovery, massage, and humor. The hour flies by and I genuinely have fun each and every time.

It took me a while to write this review because I couldn't think of what to say that Christine's other reviewers haven't already said. But here goes...

If you are looking for a trainer that will kick your butt but always be aware of all of you, Christine is who you need to train with. She is physically and emotionally SO supportive. Whether it's a great day, a really bad day, or you just need to blow off some steam because ___________ (fill in the blank), let Christine be your guide to strengthening yourself. You will be so happy you picked her.

If you are thinking of working out with a personal trainer for the one-on-one benefits that gyms have a hard time matching, go see Christine. She is beyond amazing.

Now, picture this...

Fifty-three, youngest son a junior at college, just sold my house of 20 years. What now? ...ME!!!

When I was younger I was in good shape. Not from working out - just being active, raising 3 kids (as a single mom) and being young. :) And those days were long gone. I've always loved to move my body but absolutely did not want to go work out at a public gym. Mostly because I wanted to learn how to workout in the correct way so as not to hurt myself, and to to be efficient of course, AND I did not have a clue - although I'm also pretty shy and the thought of working out at a public gym - well, I just couldn't make myself do it. So one day I'm on the Internet looking for personal trainers close to where I live.

Enter Christine. The stars aligned for me when I got brave enough to step out of my comfort zone and call her.

From Day 1 - her first question. What is the most important thing you want in working out? She took my answer, ran with it, added things as they came up. Little changes I never would have thought of. Realistic, real-life wisdom and common sense. Never browbeating me or making me feel like I was a flabby upper middle-aged lady.

Christine is very motivating and I was completely into working out, yet at first some days were hard because of all of the changes going on in my life, and I think I had always put myself behind everyone else which would drag me down at times. Christine even helped me with that because if I'm not doing well than how can I give to anyone else.

Christine has the extremely rare talent of seeing what you need even when you don't know and she is so darn good at being a personal trainer she guides you there...session by session. My first really cool moment was when the weather warmed up and I put on a pair of shorts and my behind was much "perkier" than it had been. It sounds silly but that was so cool! It was my workout movements that did it but it was Christine that guided me there. By the way, I've lost 23 pounds. But more than the weight loss I feel great. I feel so healthy and good and I have so much more energy.

Shoutout to Christine: Thank you, Christine! You're the best!

I don’t even know where to start! This lady is AMAAAAZING! Years and Years of neglect and no activity had my body crying for help, not to mention my sweet tooth. The minute I started working out with her, I discovered myself.

I never thought working out could be so much fun! I love my hour with her and to walk out happily sweating. She goes above and beyond of what’s required and I can easily say this woman is going to change my life and I cannot wait to finally see my body and mind change. There’s not many people out there that can compare to her.

I thought this would be an easy review to write but once I sat down I realized that this would certainly not be the case!!

Christine is HANDS DOWN the epitome of what a personal trainer should be. Her care, dedication, and passion for her clients blew me away. She took the time to not only listen about my health and fitness goals but took it 1, 2, 3 steps further by providing me with customized eating plans, motivational reminders and investigating the route cause (and natural relief of) several medical ailments I had never taken the time to address or noticed before. I'm talking about even the way I walk here, folks. Incredible!!

I truly never thought I could look forward to getting my butt kicked in an intense workout, either, but Christine had me leaving her gym with a smile on my sweaty face every time. I can honestly say that she has made me stronger both physically, mentally and even spiritually. Moving to the city for work has been an incredibly bittersweet experience mostly because I'm no longer close by to see her regularly.

If you're looking to make dramatic changes to your body with a partner/mentor by your side who 1. Has known your struggle firsthand and 2. Sees you as much more than just a client, welcoming Christine into your life will be the best thing you EVER do for yourself. It was for me!

PERSONAL, EFFECTIVE, and RESTORATIVE. I have utilized many types of fitness classes, plans, and trainers- in hopes of reaching my fitness goals. NONE, have given me the motivation, confidence, or results that Christine has. Her personalized plan helped me shed 6 pound/6 inches in the belly /hips in the first 12 sessions.

The most important thing Christine has given me is confidence back. I had lost all motivation to workout, because I was constantly fighting off an injury and I wasn't seeing any results. Her workouts are tailored to my specific needs. Not only do I feel confident while I'm working out, but when I leave I feel more motivated to stay active.

My body doesn't just look better, it has never felt better. I was feeling my age - daily aches and pains that I thought I would just have to live with. Now... I can honestly say I feel 10 years younger. The key is preparing the body properly before you start and restoring your body to recover afterward. I would often to skip over proper warm-up, stretching, and foam rolling just to get to the work out. What I didn't realize, is that this is one of the KEYS to success before, during, and after the work out.

Now we are working on a fitness goal. I have always wanted to be able to do a chin-up, but I never had the upper body strength or coordination to do so. Even after a little more than a year working out at a crossfit, I could never even come close. Christine, has pinpointed what is standing in my way, and is actively working on this goal in away that I can see progress already. STAY TUNED for a report on when I can do that chin-up.

Christine is a wonderful personal trainer, I highly recommend working with her!
I hired Christine to help me get in shape for my wedding a few years ago. At that point, I already tried a few trainers at my local gym. None of them really stuck. My experience with Christine was different. One of the first things I noticed about our sessions is that I looked forward to going to them. Christine’s passion for training and promoting her client’s well-being really came through. For the first time it was fun to go workout. It was no longer another chore I had to check-off. It was like hanging out with a friend while exercising. Her private gym was always clean and professional. She keeps the routine interesting. Christine challenged me to push harder in a positive way. About three years ago I decided to climb Mt. Rainier.

I had done a lot of hiking in the Swiss Alps growing up but had zero mountaineering experience.

Christine is wonderful! She has been so accommodating with everything! I met Christine when my 2nd son was 2 months old, and I knew that I needed to be in much better health if I was to keep up with 2 boys. She has adapted every exercise to do in my home as I requested. Even my toddler loves to workout with me! ;) I haven't worked out in years and Christine made this transition to a healthier lifestyle very smooth. She explains how and why each exercise works perfectly. So when I'm doing an exercise, I'm thinking about what she has taught me. My son is now 1 year old, and is very mobile. Which means I need to have energy to keep up with him. I have lost 15 pounds so far and i feel great.
