Created customized workouts and movement plans to meet my goals based on and my fitness level and limitations. Assessed movements to address the root cause of my hip and back pain. The mobility plan did wonders to increase rom in my shoulders after 2 surgeries and saw great improvement in my balance. I was a virtual client.
