I’m really disappointed with the front desk experience here.
Last Sunday, I arrived at the same time as today. There were people who came late, but they were still allowed to enter the class without any issue.

However, this Sunday, I showed up at the exact same timing and the front desk refused to let me in. The inconsistency is extremely frustrating. If the policy is strict, I respect that — but please apply it fairly to everyone.

I came on time, followed the rules, and still got turned away while others previously were allowed in late. This really ruined my experience, and I’m honestly very upset about how the situation was handled.

If you’re looking to get your butt kicked (in a good way) take Melody’s M class. She’s awesome and her energy is amazing!

Excellent facility. Excellent teachers. What I like about Infrared Yoga is that it is warm, and I sweat, but it is not so hot I’m wiped out the rest of the day, which is what happens at other studios. I highly recommend Infrared Yoga.

I drove my girlfriend to her yoga session yesterday. She booked her session for 6:20pm. I got her there a minute early. She walked in at 6:20 and by the time she got to the desk, she was 1 minute late tops and was greeted by a very rude male Indian receptionist who refused to let her in claiming - “door closes at 6:20pm on the dot” and she wasn’t allowed in. Extremely poor customer service and rigid policies.

I understand the importance of punctuality but I’m sorry, you are running a business with customers who are paying you, not the other way around. It is only reasonable to have some wiggling room for session timings as part of good customer service. There are people who live far away and had to go through unexpected heavy traffic to come to your studio. Some of us have very busy work/personal schedules and it is not easy for us to carve out time for a session. The way the studio turns paying customers away because they were seconds late shows a lack of empathy and understanding.

Poor customer experience. Staff is rude, inconsistent with following the late arrivals. Some are let in after being late for 10 minutes, others are turned around after 5 minutes. While I don't ask for special treatment, simple politeness would be nice. Won't go back, although I liked the coaches.

Unfortunately I wish I could give this place a good review but I cannot. The parking is confusing especially if it’s your first time going. My friend and I drove 45 minutes to make it to this class she walked in, waited behind the people checking in when it was her turn the RUDE worker responded with that it was 7:41 and class began at 7:40. Mind you there were people ahead of her, she would have been on “time” if there wasn’t. The worker began to argue with her and express poor customer service. We left and did not attend the class and would not recommend.

Update your website Infared Yoga, so that unsuspecting first time guests like me don't show up expecting to "rent high-quality Alo mats" as advertised, only to have your front desk staff inform me that you don't rent mats, I can only purchase one. And if you're doing this to make extra cash on people, not good karma for a yoga studio.

My wife Julie and I took an Infrared Yoga class from yoga Instructor Jeff a few months ago. Jeff’s class was amazing. His approach to the class demoing each pose in a calm and relaxing tone really made the flow and experience of the class perfect for the format. You can bring your own yoga mat, yoga towel, and water bottle which is what we did. Otherwise, you can rent a yoga mat for $3. Yoga studio has mirrors all around so you can see yourself if that’s something you’re comfortable with. Lighting is low light which enhances the mood for a great yoga class. Other nice perks about Infrared Yoga are free parking in the Belcarra complex right off of 106th Ave NE. There are two huge showers with towels, body wash, and shampoo if you want to shower after yoga, three additional restrooms, large and small towels if you need one. Members and staff are friendly and always nice. For newcomers, best to come in early so you can tour the facility. It’s also best to show up for class early so you don’t interrupt the class once it starts to respect the other students and instructor. We definitely highly recommend Infrared Yoga for the location, facility and amenities, and the quality of the Instructors. We can’t wait to take our next class once we can schedule it in our hectic schedules.

Some from desk people are really rude here. They marked my class as missed when i was exactly 3 min late to the class due to traffic. I dont think the late entry policy is applied to all members. I have seen people arriving late to class. I dont understand why they dont apply the same rules to all, especially to class pass bookings.

Unprofessional and irresponsible staff and management.
I dropped-in on a class on Saturday 1/27 and I forgot my Alo yoga mat and Manduka towel by the cubbies in front of the classroom. I immediately call the studio and nobody ever answered the phone, I called at least 9 times that day. After this, I decided to email them about my forgetting my mat, I told them specifics of how it looked like, brand names and where I left it. I told them, that due to personal scheduling I would not be able to stop by the studio until today, 2/1 to pick it up. They replied to my email by saying "we have a lost & found box, please look for it there". To their email I replied to please keep it safe, since I won't be able to stop by until a few days after and it is expensive gear. No reply. I continued to phone the studio throughout the week and not a single call was answered. When I finally stop by the studio on 2/1 they direct me to the lost & found box and of course it wasn't there. Their system for a "lost & found" is basically a free for all, they don't have it behind the reception desk, they don't check ID's when somebody claims an item, you can basically walk up and grab whatever you want! They put my 130$ Yoga mat up for grabs, even though I emailed them multiple times, common sense would say to keep it safe if somebody already claimed it! I am beyond upset, not only was this mat expensive, it also had sentimental value, as it was a gift from my deceased brother. The staff and management is simply unprofessional and irresponsible and do not care at all about their clients.

I wouldn't write another review if this studio does not sound too rude to me.
The first thing you should say to a customer is we apologize for the inconvenience you had to experience rather than blaming them for being disrespectful. Wow..thanks for the laugh.

First time visit and i was late for 5m, not on purpose cause of traffic and there was no parking in the area. They didnt let me in and wanted to charge a no show and late fee. they also charge you a fee for rental mat. The front desk girl sounds just rude.

So somewhere elese people, don't come here. TruFusion is way way way better. Friendly staff who would guide you to the classroom, free rental towels and mat and.

Infrared Yoga · Barre shares a building space and amenities with Shred415. There is street parking and a Belcarra parking lot.
The infrared heated studio is up a small flight of stairs. The heat was optimal to enhance movement and generate detoxifying sweat, but not overwhelmingly hot. Currently only yoga classes are offered, no barre or fusion classes, but I look forward to them whenever they will be available.
The posted hours are inaccurate; there are 7:30PM classes on Monday and Wednesday. Refer to their MindBody class schedule for most up-to-date hours.
-1 star because the policy for late arrivals is not consistent at all. I've seen them let in students as late as 10 minutes past class time while also locking access to the front door before the posted class time.
