Kim is very nice. Her teaching is very accessible which was great since I was dealing with weight gain and practicing in a different body. I had tried other popular places but classws were packed to the point people were squished on each other and in corners where you couldn't see. There's no anxiety about that here as there is a max amount per class. I also like that the focus is more on how you feel and less can you get into this pose perfectly. Props are standard which I had to get used to but it chnaged my perspective that they aren't handicaps and helped me with better form. Overall I am glad to call this studio home.

Kind and knowledgeable instructor, classes are not crowded, don’t need to remember your own yoga mat, and it actually seems like the kind of class where you could meet friends at based on the unique way she organizes the classes. Had delicious ginger cardamom tea at the end.

I am SO glad I found InsideOut Yoga. Kim is the absolute best! She has the most gentle and soothing way of teaching, yet every class challenges my body and builds confidence and strength. I especially appreciate that the yoga she teaches is true yoga - non-performative, focusing on the connection between the body and mind to strengthen both. It’s truly a refreshing and holistic experience.
I strongly believe that InsideOut has something for everyone!

Kim, the owner, is an excellent teacher. The instruction in both the asanas and the meditations are top notch..this place practices real yoga.. From the moment I stepped into the studio I felt a sense of community. Definitely worth checking out it you want to become more self-aware and more at peace.

I’ve been doing yoga with Kim for 10 years. It was the one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My balance has improved as well as my flexibility and strength. Most recently I’ve had hip issues. A few weeks ago we did some hip exercises, and lo and behold, the next time I went for a walk, no hip pain!
Kim is thoughtful, totally supportive, and open to help you in any way that she can. Come join us!!

Kim is kind, knowledgeable, and fun! She does a great job of explaining and providing corrections without taking away from the flow of the practice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new studio or hybrid option!

I recommend Kim Trimmer's classes to anyone who wants to study yoga, develop their practice, and have fun at the same time. Kim's approach is an amalgam of different schools of yoga combined with a philosophy that the inside is just as important as the outside.

After more than six years of studying with Kim I am stronger in my core - physically and spiritually. She concentrates on strength, integration, balance, and the healing power of one's own body. Hatha Yoga often focuses on the final perfect form, but Kim helps you work with your unique body to adapt and move in the direction of the form, from the inside-out. This is what makes her classes powerful along with her ability to bring joy and kindness to her students.

I first attended Kim's yoga classes back in 2019, when I had just moved to Seattle. Her classes are grounding, intuitive, and connecting. Kim integrates her knowledge of human anatomy into her sequences, offering an intimate session where one truly learns to listen to their body, connect to it and nourish it. Kim's yoga classes are truly unique-- she offers expertise on modifications and techniques to suit what each body needs. She attends to her students' needs and histories as she guides them. What I have enjoyed most about Kim's classes are, among her masterful teaching style, the community orientation of the classes and the truly rejuvenating benefits and growth one makes from her classes. The atmosphere is friendly, non-competitive, and I cannot find a better word than intuitive. I highly recommend InsideOut Yoga.

Kim is a kind, beautiful yogi. Have been seeing her for twenty plus years. She has plethora of knowledge that she loves to share. Kim takes time to insure your position and poses are correct and that you are comfortable. The studio is warm and welcoming to all. You owe it to your mind, body and soul to put yourself back to how it belongs. Your body will thank you. Highly recommend yoga at InsideOut.

This yoga studio is warm and clean and welcoming. Both Christa and Kim are excellent teachers. Christa teaches there Sunday and Thursday at 6pm and her instruction is so detailed and customized that I have found new expressions of poses I have been in hundreds of times. She seems to be able to read her students and offer modifications or change the pace of the class as needed. I would highly recommend her and the studio for both new and experienced people looking for balance and renewal.

Kim is an amazing teacher. She was actually my first yoga teacher 14 years ago, and then I lost touch with her, because I was taking her classes through the now defunct Discover U. Well after trying multiple other styles and studios, I've finally found her again. Kim creates a community in her classroom where everyone can succeed. It is truly a haven for those of us who always feel a little out of place doing yoga. Not so with Kim. And she's super affordable and super sweet! Awesome experience!
