INSPIRE is proud to be the first studio in Seattle offering the Lagree Fitness workout. Lagree Fitness fuses key elements of Pilates with strength training and cardio, offering a low impact, high intensity total body workout in a dynamic class environment. Our workout strengthens the body, tones and elongates the muscles, improves endurance, jump starts metabolism, burns fat, increases flexibility and postural alignment, and restores the bodyβs natural balance. Unfortunately I did not love inspire. I tried out multiple coaches and found most of them ended up sitting down or going on their phone during the workout, i was surprised when it happened the first time and disappointed when it happened the second and third. The coaches spend more time explaining transitions between moves then the moves themselves which i found odd, I understand time under tension but it seemed excessive. Definitely catered towards an older audience.

This workout is no joke and totally kicked my butt-I loved it! Iβve done some Lagree classes down in California but this was intense and Iβm totally hooked already. Itβs a hard class and itβs not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for!

I really love this method of Pilates. It is challenging and never boring. I have had three instructors and they are all terrific. The only complaint I have is one instructor blares the music too loud and itβs hard to hear her instructions over 90βs hip hop. Music should be ambient not a distraction when you are learning something new.

I am loving my time at Inspire! I have attended a few classes sporadically through Class Pass and have just decided to do the introductory unlimited month pass. Such a fabulous and challenging class! You can push yourself as hard as you want or take it at your own pace. The instructors are well trained to make sure you are doing proper form. You get a great total body workout in a short amount of time.

This is the best exercise I could have ever decided to do for myself. The slow pace ensures you are in control all while working out REALLY hard. I have knee problems and have been told lower body weight lifting is off limits. Thanks to Inspire, I know I can still get a great lower body workout that is doctor approved. I recommend them to everyone!
