About the Club

This Pilates studio located in Burien, Washington helps clients achieve their personal fitness goals through instruction in Pilates. Private sessions utilize mat and Reformer equipment and group sessions utilize mats. Virtual mat sessions are available.

In addition, Crishna Grelle can be found teaching at Backcountry Pilates located in the Seattle neighborhood of Madrona at 1412 34th Ave, Unit A, Seattle, WA 98122.

Crishna is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. I have chronic pain and she’s sensitive to my needs. Shes able to think of creative Pilate exercises if I’m having a tougher day and is supportive while nudging me along. She has a great sense of humor which I love! I highly recommend her!!
