Great place, clean, just needs to turn the heat up a little bit more during winter so muscles can relax.

Juicy Power Yoga continues to be a fantastic studio! I have been regularly coming to classes several times per week since October 2023. The instructors are wonderful, provide great modifications for injuries, the studio is clean, and there are a variety of classes to choose from. The cold peppermint towel at the end of hot yoga classes is wonderful. Yin classes in the evening are the perfect way to end a stressful day. My new favorite is the roll and release class. I very much look forward to coming to classes for both my physical and mental health.

I'm so glad this studio is here. Great classes and the teachers encourage you to do what's right for you.

8.9.25 Update to my review from four years ago just to say I still love it here and highly recommend it!

I recently moved too far away to continue going to Juicy, and as I try out other studios and look for a yoga home, I've really been missing some of Juicy's classes. I really enjoyed the Vin to Yin classes with Pam and Aleacia, as well as the Gentle classes. I've been trying other vinyasa classes and I'm surprised how many are very standard vinyasa; I miss the flow creativity that the Juicy teachers bring! Also, the parking lot is such a huge bonus and the membership affordable.

Amazing studio with instructors who all have their own varied styles but it keeps the classes fun and challenging! This place is a hidden little gem in Mountlake Terrace. IYKYK!

They also occasionally have sound bath healing or breathwork workshops!

This is an awesome yoga studio! Definitely my favorite so far due to:

• Plenty of parking
• Clean and spacious practice space
• You can book your classes online
• Easily accessible bathrooms & changing rooms

There is enough space here that you won't get your neighbors sweat on you during hot yoga (my personal horror scenario)!

There are lots of great instructors and a nice atmosphere. Bathrooms, cubbies, water, etc. are in the lobby, so you don't have late arrivals disrupting the class.

Overall, I really enjoy the thoughtful setup of the studio and appreciate the instructors, cleanliness, and ease of parking. All of these factors make this my favorite studio!

I love this studio. It’s my other home.

I found the studio not too long after my 18 month old son caught a cold and lost all of his developmental milestones in five weeks. I also just had a new baby and the PPD was PPDing.

I hadn’t practiced yoga in four years, i was 80 pounds heavier than the last time i practiced , but I really needed an outlet. So I tried a Vin to Yin class to get back into it and it was the perfect speed.

So i spent the next year crying in the back of Alicia’s candlelight Vin to Yin classes as my outlet while i tried to search for a diagnosis and treatment for my son. Shout out to Pam too because i had a lot of cries in her 8pm Tuesday Power as well.

When my sons illness stabilized, i started having some room in my brain to think about my weight and started taking Juicy Strong classes. They changed my life. They helped me loose the last 50 pounds i couldnt get off and made my yoga practice so much stronger.

Anyway! Great studio! Wonderful instructors! Awesome classes!! And dont forget they won’t judge you if you cry in their classes!!

Just finished a class with Cheryl and I gotta say It’s the Best Ever! I was really having a tough day (or week) after a great yoga session today, It really turned my attitude around.

Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart, It feels so good to practice with such intentional and kind people.

I like everything about this place, the atmosphere inside the class, the heat, the level of intensity for Power Vinyasa, and the variety of teachers.

I’ve been practicing since 2005, when I first started yoga @ Juicy Power, It was a perfect match for me. If this is the sign you’ve been waiting for: try a class with Cheryl or Jenni, you’ll love it.

I’ve been going to Juicy 3x/week for the last year. The instructors are warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The space is spotless and has consistent heat with excellent air circulation. It doesn’t smell weird like other studios nor do their rental mats have any smell.

The classes are challenging, centering and always different. I love that they offer an unheated class that focuses on the foundations and gives participants a space to ask questions about poses. All of the instructors are perfect, but I have to give a special shout out to Jenni who somehow manages to kick my a$$ in the most loving way and has me leaving every class absolutely incredulous over what we accomplished.

Highly recommend.

One of the best power vinyasa classes & studies I’ve been to in years! Finally a class that has consistent temperature, heat & humidity- and teaching styles that match my preference. It’s challenging and fun. If anyone says it’s too hot- it’s not , if anyone says it’s too hard it’s not. It’s perfect. Thank you .

If you like cardio and free weight type hot yoga, then this place is OK. Not my thing, so I didn't really enjoy it.

I am a huge fan of this studio! I tried the new student unlimited class pass for $29. First off- that is such a great deal and allows you to really get to know the studio, their classes and the teachers.

I’ve been going for almost a month now (about three classes per week) and have rotated between the Power Vinyasa and JuicyStrong sculpting classes. I’ve also had a variety of different teachers and they are all excellent and have their own unique styles. It’s an incredible workout and I find the atmosphere sooo much better than some of the other studios I’ve practiced at.

I have a bad knee, so mixing in yoga with my HIIT workouts is exactly what my body needs. In just a short time I already feel stronger, more flexible and toned. I can’t wait to see the progress from regular classes!

Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a studio to call home! .

I wish I had found this place sooner as I would've started many months ago! Super convenient location. I started on a trial membership to get a sense of what was available as I hadn't practiced yoga in many years (my mobility needs some work and recovering from a back injury) I'm now a full member and so glad. Love the mix of instructors for all levels, super encouraging while challenging you to push yourself further wherever you are starting at (many different levels and bodies are represented in every class I've been to which helps someone new to this feel included like me!). For the membership I'm able to have access to all of the different classes, but particularly love yoga sculpting, power vinyasa, and yin. There's also a weekly intro class for beginners to explore poses and ask questions during the session if you need a refresher. Total bonus -- the people I've been in class with have great energy and are friendly. Run, don't walk to try this place out. :)

Love the energy of the instructors and the large space. Not judgy or so hot that I feel like I can’t get any fresh air. Great new student membership price. Went for the first time this week and will definitely be back!

I've been practicing yoga for about 20 years in the Seattle area and JPY is the best hot yoga studio that I have found - no contest. I have been practicing there for almost six months and in that time I have had eight or nine different instructors and they have all been wonderful - knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, approachable ... every single teacher has their own flavor and they're all just awesome.

I am so happy I found Juicy Power Yoga!

Am so happy to have this studio in the north end! It has such a sweet vibe (and love the courage wall mural), is always clean, has a wide variety of classes to choose from and all of the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a nice selection of yoga apparel, kombucha on tap and the class prices are really reasonable - what's not to love?

This studio is what is keeping me going to yoga after a long time off. The studio itself is lovely and clean, with spacious practice spaces. But the teachers are top notch and so welcoming to everyone, from the very beginners to the experienced practitioner. The classes are excellent, and they offer fun workshops quite frequently. This place has a sense of community that both my husband and I are really appreciating.

I love this place-- all my favorite yoga instructors teach here and they get everything just right. The studios are spacious, the locker rooms are really nice, they have a good mix of classes (including some you don't see everywhere like "creative flow" and one where they help you really learn the major poses) and their pricing is very reasonable. There are a few little "special touches" that I will leave as a surprise that make this place extra special as well. It's my new favorite studio!
