Our non-profit recently hosted our charity scramble at Latah Creek and had a great experience. All staff was top notch to deal with. The course is a fun and unique layout. Highly recommend!

Nice course, but pace of play was really bad on Labor Day weekend. Had a three hour front nine. Had to quit at nine because there were three groups waiting at the tenth tee and I couldn't do another three hour nine.
I originally gave them 3 stars because I was upset about the slow round. They did give me a rain check for the back nine. After I cooled off and came back to cash in my rain check the next weekend they went the extra mile and won me over. I suppose a slow round happens at any course now and then, probably especially on holiday weekends when a lot of occasional golfers make plans to get out one last time at the end of summer. The staff here seems to be trying to make things work for everyone. I appreciated the effort they went to when I came back.

This is a beautiful course, however I would never golf there again after how rudely we were treated by the tall staff member with a beard! I golf all over this country mostly at TPC courses and have never been treated so rudely. Whoever runs this golf course should go in and clean house with some of the staff, because this course has the potential of being a truely remarkable golf experience but the way you treat your paying customers is a shame!

Easily the most challenging (bunker guarded greens), fun (elevated tee shots), and well-maintained of the County/City courses of Spokane. Pro-Shop staff are helpful, Food and Beverage staff are welcoming and friendly. I happily golf 20+ rounds per year at this course. You'll use every club in your bag.

I played this course while passing through and sm so happy I did! I have no complaints about it. The staff were all great, the gals at the grill rocked, my breakfast burrito was great, and the course was spectacular! The sent me out with two young men who were much better than me, but they were still fun and didn't mind waiting for me once in a while. It's a middle of the road layout that anyone can enjoy. Oh, and the driving range is a lake! I recommend this course to anyone and everyone!

Sand is pretty brutal, so soft that you are either hitting it 4 feet in front of you or blading it into the lip. Other than that, itβs a good course. Never seen sand traps like this.

Such a unique and beautiful range with an immaculate chipping and putting practice area! We also enjoyed scooping our own balls and mounding them up in the bucket. I hope to come back to play 9 or 18 holes.

Very pretty course. Although, the longest round Iβve ever played. At every tee box, there was at least two groups waiting, sometimes three. After we finished the front nine it had been three hours. There ended up being four groups waiting on hole 10. The Marshall was very kind, letting us know they overbooked. But the clubhouse guys were very rude and unaccommodating. We simply asked to be refunded so we were only charged for nine holes. They attempted to make it seem like this is normal, and should be expected on a holiday weekend. For a professional golf course, I would expect them to understand how Not to overbook the course, Or at least to be understanding when it happens.

If I could I would leave 0 stars. Its my 2nd time ever playing golf and I know im not a "Professional" like the main worker that said he is, and he checks in players some tall guy with a beard. Comes up to my party and starts saying that we need to picking up our balls and throwing them. We paid just as much money as everyone else playing to learn the game with the clubs not throwing the golf ball, its not baseball, you're a "Professional player" you should know that, I don't think you ever threw the golf balls? I'm shocked with how rude you and your friend working on mother's day treated us. Following us from the 5th hole. Then glaring at us on the 9th hole driving right by us. Your unbelievable dude, we deserve to enjoy our game in peace like everyone else did since we paid to play the 9 holes and its mothers day you have no idea what's going on in our lives and you were just absolutely terrible. The workers should know who they are. When you read this.... shame on you and your team!

Challenging, beautiful, and insanely fun. I recommend this course to everyone who comes through. Very enjoyable for all skill levels. Latah features great views, a fun layout, challenging yet predictable greens, and a phenomenal staff. Cannot recommend this course enough

This course is phenomenal. The terrain is amazing and everything is pristine. It has some of the best tee boxes if you play from the blue tees which are an absolute joy to play. The 16th and 18th holes are truly amazing. The staff are also very kind and made my time there one to remember. I will definitely be returning to Latah Creek many times in the coming years. I would recommend this course to anyone who enjoys golfing. It is a challenging course, but it is one worth playing! At only $70 with a cart this is an affordable course that will leave you with many great memories.

This is my favorite 18 hole course in Spokane- hands down. Gorgeous layout, great challenging course without being too frustrating, just stay clear of the water hazards. The greens are in great shape, the rough is trimmed and the entire course is kept free of debris. The aquatic driving range is stellar also. The staff is friendly and helpful, don't miss out on the gem of a golf experience in Spokane.

Played this course on a weekday and made a tee time at 8 AM for a late afternoon time. When I got to the course I was then asked again if I would like to play 9 or 18, I stated 18 holes. I have not played only 9 holes in well over a year and due to driving an hour from my residence in CDA, I wanted to experience the whole course and therefore requested 18.
The course was in decent condition but the holes were recently punched. The individual in the proshop stated he would give me a discount due to the recent greens punching. This was an expected welcome. However, after 9 holes I was told by this same individual that I had only paid for 9 holes and my round had concluded. This was confusing and disappointing. I would not have driven an hour from CDA after a long day of working at the hospital for only 9 holes. The professionalism I experienced from the proshop shop this evening was highly disappointing and not reflective of neighboring courses in the surrounding area.

Straight forward wide open course. With medium to fast greens as of July 24.
For some reason they left all black flags in today. Which made it really difficult as a first time player to tell where the pin location was.
One more thing made the round a little frustrating was that there are no yardage or layout of each hole.
You have to really on your GPS or just the scorecard if you don't have one.
As a 1st time player, i was left guessing on several shots.
Don't stay away because of this. But come prepared, it cost us each a few strokes today.

Awesome staff, course is in great shape, maintenance staff top notch. 4 instead of 5 stars because somebody, probably someone whose never set foot on a golf course, thought it would be a great idea to put black flags on all the pins this season which made it nearly impossible to shoot a distance with a laser. Our entire group was having trouble. Almost every hole has a background of dark trees. Please bring back old flags.

These guys take really nice care of their course. Some holes on this course are pretty easy, but don't get too cocky because there are a few tough ones as well. This course is a tough one to walk with all of the elevation changes, so I recommend a cart.

The course was fun and beautiful, however the management was awful. The staff member was clearly targeting our group because we were college kids. From the start he was making passive aggressive comments about our time, only 2 of our party members were slightly late to the tee time which we apologized for many times, and accused us of having alcohol for having a backpack... at 10 AM. He then threatened to kick us out even when he found nothing, and hassled us again telling us we were too slow and slowing business even as we were a hole ahead of the group behind us, and told us it was our "second strike" although we had not broken any rules or bothered anyone prior. We were unexperienced golfers just looking to have a fun morning and were treated harshly out of unfair bias, so if you are looking for a casual fun game of golf with friends, look elsewhere.

Range into the pond is nice, reminded me of Coeur d'Alene resort where you hit them into the lake.
First thing I noticed about Latah Creek is how clean it is. Not a piece of garbage anywhere, spotless around the clubhouse and range. Very well maintained putting and chipping areas; the course was the same on every hole.
Not overly difficult, yet fairly challenging. Some elevation changes and sloping fairways, but nothing outlandish. Clean, tight greens. Overall an excellent course, and I would definitely play here again.

Super unique driving range you hit the balls into water. I visited a lot of golf courses and never seen that. Spent Father's Day there with my family and we loved it. After hitting a basket of balls we has lunch in the clubhouse and enjoyed our visit very much. This golf course very conveniently close to the South Hill. 100% recommend checking it out.

Wow this course was amazing! I have played at all the Spokane city course and I finally got a morning tee time here. Wonder why public golf play is so slow? Look no further than this place. Arrived early for tee time. Let them know we could go early if they had spots. Now there's not a single golfer on 1, 2 or 3. Inquires and was informed they didn't have any spots and someone was on the tee. Five minutes later two kids showed up. Tee off? Nah, waited for their friend. Teeing off now. With a sweet three hole gap we could be playing in but for pro shop favoritism nonsense. Total joke.

Course Play/Condition - 6/10
Course Difficulty - 8/10
Walking Course - NO NO NO
You canβt pay me to go and hike five miles up hill with a push cart, so why would I do it here? Iβm built like a lineman not a marathon runner. Come on, I wouldβve preferred the clubhouse to ask βare you sure you and your fat butt can walk this course?β (Obviously nicer way, or at least a warning) Before I go, my fault I shouldβve asked.
All jokes aside, do NOT walk this course, it wouldβve been a great round if I had a cart and the wind wasnβt blowing 50+ mph π
