I went to Leela Yoga for their 30 days for $30 deal while I was pregnant. I went two times during that month and figured out that in my pregnant state, it wasn’t for me, I couldn’t get myself motivated enough to keep going. I forgot that the deal had the caveat of automatically charging at their regular monthly rate if you didn’t cancel before the 30 days was up. I didn’t realize until months later that I’d been charged $300. I sent them a heartfelt email explaining my situation of being pregnant and forgetting to cancel and only having attended two classes. They never responded and never gave me any of that money back. I realize I signed something that said I’d be auto charged, but other than this, they did nothing to earn my $300! I needed that money and instead they just got to keep it. I feel like this is so anti-yoga, anti-zen, anti-positivity. I live in downtown Bothell and every time I pass Leela Yoga I get this sick feeling in my gut. I feel so disappointed because it was a cute and charming place and maybe I would have gone back after I had my baby but since I had this experience, I just hate even thinking about that place.

I really love this studio. It's a great place for beginner students and folks wanting to explore yoga and what it has to offer. Community acupuncture on Thursdays is my favorite!

Went to the SUP class today and it was so fun!!! Great variation from a typical practice and the weather was absolutely perfect! I can't wait to practice again with this studio!
