This is a great fitness facility all around and I would highly recommend it. If you’re looking for tailored fitness training and guaranteed gains - there’s no better place. The gym is clean, organized, and engaging. Trainer Kevin has been helping me through my fitness journey and he is the embodiment of a good coach. I’m extremely lucky to be working with him - he has pushed me through my hardest plateaus, and helped me accomplish goals that I wouldn’t have been able to otherwise. Although I have a busy schedule, Kevin works around my availability and even around the clock to make sure my training plan fits my needs. Coach Kevin is awesome! Gordon and I came in 5 months ago. I want to work on body recomposition and improve the body functioning to support my overall badminton performance, while Gordon's main goal is to lose body fat. He helped us make serious progress through personalizing the workouts for each, recovery tips, even instruct on the food & nutritions. Sessions are always challenging but fun, and he keeps things fresh like doing competitions, collaborations, games (I like card games), so we never get bored.
If you’re looking for a coach who actually listens, cares, and pushes you in the right way, Kevin and Nick's team will be the wonderful choice.

Working with Kevin completely changed me and every session feels purposeful and motivating! I used to struggle with back pain caused by lordosis and working constantly walking and standing for 12 hrs, and no matter how much I worked out, I never felt quite right in my body.
He didn’t just help me get in a shape, he helped me to understand my body. He focused on posture correction, core stability, and movement mechanics tailored to my condition. Not just during workouts, but his sessions helped me a lot to be mindful of my body mechanics throughout my daily life. Now I stay mindful of my posture and body mechanics throughout the day, often catching myself sitting or standing better, and overall feeling more confident in my body. Coach Mark is the best of the best. I had him as my coach for a year and it was completely a life-changing experience for me. Started my training journey here with Kevin about 3 months ago and so far have had a phenomenal experience.
The gym:
Very nice gym well equipped with everything you'll need and they've been constantly upgrading and getting new stuff as well. The atmosphere is not intimidating at all and never crowded since it's a private gym with usually no more than 2-3 clients at a time. All the trainers there are very welcoming and will greet/chat with me despite not being my trainer. Everyone I've seen there works hard and gets a lot of attention from the trainers and I've never seen anyone being frustrated or having a bad experience.
Kevin the trainer:
Awesome guy. He's always very flexible when it comes to scheduling (e.g. going out of his way to meet me on a Sunday since I was out of town the next week). Will work with you to find the right exercises for your goals (e.g. for a specific sport, or weight loss, etc.) and is incredibly adaptive based on how you're feeling at the moment. Worked around my sprained ankle or when I'm overly sore from a previous day rock climbing. Despite that, Kevin will make sure you're working hard and sweating but he's also never overly pushy or aggressive. Even outside of our sessions, he's super responsive to any workout questions I've had over text message. Also very personable - our sessions have never felt awkward or like a business transaction or commanding, etc.
Overall great place, highly recommend. Nick and his team are definitely some of the best!

After working with Coach Nick for over 1 year I’ve seen incredible gains in strength and fitness thanks to his expertise and motivating energy. He is great at identifying and then challenging weak points and has pushed me to address strength gaps I’ve avoided for years. His expertise has helped me advance in my main sport — rock climbing and helped me overcome previous injuries.
He has great nutrition tips and can anticipate what you need to accomplish in the gym. With him I focused on muscle building and numbers don’t lie. In this time I’ve gained 6lbs of muscle and organically dropped down from 22% body fat to 18%. My posture has improved and my daily energy has increased.
The gym is not intimidating and there is a very welcoming atmosphere that makes me want to come back every week to work hard. The space is both friendly and also conducive to digging deep if that's what you're in the mindset to do.
If you’ve never had a personal trainer before, I can’t imagine a better place to begin your journey.

I’ve been working with Kevin for a few months now and can say he is the best trainer I’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and has been working diligently with me on achieving my lifting goals. He helped in correcting my form in my bench and deadlifts and worked on specific movements that would improve my lifts. I’m now moving more weight at a lower body fat percentage. Would definitely recommend!

I met nick through a mutual friend years ago. I never sought out his services because I felt good, physically. As I’ve gotten older, the energy I had was no longer there. I’m also dealing with health conditions that are taxing, both mentally and physically and it has started to affect my productivity. I needed to find an alternative to caffeine as it is no longer as effective, so I decided to take another approach. I’ve been having virtual sessions with Nick the last few months and it has made a difference in energy levels. Though getting in shape wasn’t my goal, fitness has helped in every aspect of life. I’m more productive and I feel and look better. I had more energy just after a week and I saw a noticeable difference after about 6 weeks! The program we came up with fit my busy schedule with minimal changes to my lifestyle. Definitely worth a shot to work with him if you’re constantly in the go, but want to get healthy.

Kevin(KP) is the best! For a while I’ve been working out on my own, so having him has really helped me progress. He’s shown me proper form to get optimal progress at the gym. On top of all of that he’s given me solid nutrition advice, especially for breakfast! His go-to protein pancakes and egg whites meal has me on top of my daily protein intake!

Coach Nick is the best in the game. Brings tons of energy, knowledge, motivation, and what not. He understood my goal from get-go and it’s been never looking back since then. Nick is an amazing trainer is needless to say, everyone who trains with him seems to be super happy and feeling content with their sessions. I have been to his training since 2019 and currently training, and I never met so many clients having such a great time seeing results with others than with Nick! He is great at tailoring a long term or short term fitness goal while looking at the holistic of your health conditions from food to home care extended to your performance in the gym. He is able to vary fitness goals to target areas to providing results more than I have seen with other trainers. I trained with Equinox since 2017 (now on pause), and various organized gyms prior since after college. His training is as rigorous as those have highest standards while he is always so courteous, happy and excited to see his clients! I cannot be more impressed with his focus and abilities as a trainer, he is a real athlete so that's extremely motivating to those who follow him. His clients are his real fans, he sets a great standard on what fitness is about for everyday people, he is able to transform you body to feel healthy and look great! His clientele consists of all genders and ages, he is the most versatile coach out of all I have experienced or observed. I started training with Nick around August of this year and since then, I've seen tremendous improvement towards my fitness goals and nutrition. Nick started off by assessing my goals and helped me map a plan to achieve the results I was looking for. He consistently checked in with me on the workout plan and scheduled time to measure the progression. The result was packing on the most muscle I've ever had and hitting some major PR's on workouts like bench press and barbell squat. Was looking for the perfect trainer and found Coach Nick! He’s been responsive to my inquires from jump! Constantly motivates throughout the session. He’s been accommodating to my schedule. And most importantly, he customizes the workouts that fit for you. He takes notes of where your strength and agility are and builds off of that so you’re not taking on more than you can handle, but enough where you are getting a workout. He makes sure you’re doing ok in between workouts. He also is able to help you with nutrition and is willing to guide you in what you need to do in order to reach your goals.
