To find our location, from the freeway head north on Sullivan, then turn right on Marietta. Take the first left into the parking lot towards the MaxStrength Fitness sign on the southeast corner of the building. Enter through the glass doors below the sign.

I have been to so many different types of gyms and I have never gotten the level of care and attention that I have received from Max Strength Fitness. I have seen incredible results in a much smaller, focused amount of exercise. I could not recommend this program more. I’m excited to see all the changes to come for me.

I couldn’t be happier! This is exactly what I was looking for. Something to help me build strength and muscle as I age and with a trainer who shows me how to most effectively do each exercise. With only two 20 minute sessions each week, I have seen continuous improvement in my strength and agility. I also love that it’s easy to stop in and do a quick workout and continue on with my day. I’m absolutely hooked!

Max strength fitness is such a great workout! My muscles are buzzing long after the workout is done. I feel like it’s the best workout for my muscles (in just 20 minutes) than any other I have tried. The owners are wonderful people to work with as well. Definitely give them a try!

I went in to check out MaxStrenth Fitness and was really impressed with what I saw. It's a new gym and concept for Spokane. I was given a tour by one of the owners and she explained how the gym is set up to prevent injury and get the maximum results. The gym was clean and the staff was welcoming.
