Before I came to Mill Creek Body & Brain I was having hard time dealing with the stress of my work and the isolation of it (right now I'm an interpreter working over the phone from home). When I saw the organization booth at the Mill Creek Festival about two weeks ago, I had a feeling this might just be exactly what I need to break out of my conditioned hermitic habit and release some of my suppressed stress. After coming to the center for the first private section, joined and enjoyed first class, first workshop of Finding True Self, I know my feeling was right about this. This is what I need in my life as it satisfies my needs to connect my body and soul and sets me on the process of completing myself. Master BuKyong and Gloria are great instructors who can make the impossible--what you think you can't do or feel when you try to practice yoga at home--become totally "doable" and makes sense to you. The precious lesson I learn everyday from coming to class is a "can-do" attitude and understand deeply why and how everything is possible with just you sincerely look inside yourself. I love the courteousness, friendliness and sincere concern for each other that masters and students at the Center have for each other. I believe part of the reason why the people here (both masters and learners) are so sincerely caring and loving is because Dahn Yoga is an effective method and way of life that can open the deep hearty true self that we usually cover up under many layers of preceptions, emotions, thoughts and acts. I believe it because I see and feel it every day when I'm in class. And I'm just trying to live this sincerely outsidecof the classroom as well. Thank you Body & Brain!

Since I have started my tai chi class I have only needed to see my chiropractor once. Before I started I would see my chiropractor at least three times a month because I really needed it. I love my class. It makes me feel centered and grounded and much lighter physically. I feel better about myself and have even lost some weight. If everyone took this class we would have world peace. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to at least try it. It's not difficult and it feels so good.

I love all the exercises and meditation that we do here. Everything is easy to follow and I had experienced tremedous change in my body. My flexibility has increased greatly, something which I had thought was impossible. Everybody here is nice and friendly.

After many years of low back and leg pain followed by major back surgery, I am working to regain mobility through yoga classes. It has been an ongoing challenge but it is exciting to see the positive results slowly emerge. I am already able to move more freely and with less pain after just a couple months of classes. I started with the idea of attending class once a week but quickly moved into daily classes because of how much better I feel afterward. I love the incredibly supportive teachers and environment as I work to restore my body to where I want it to be.

I have been practicing this technique for about 18 months. Since then my arm, shoulder and neck are gone (no more visit to the Chiropractor!). My anxiety and periodic depressions are also disappeared. My mind is more clear and I feel more at peace. This technique is designed to heal ourselves "body, mind and emotion" and to awake the spiritual part of ourselves. I like the way the instructor, Bukying, guides us to focus "inward", to become aware of the energy flowing in our body. She is very calm, strong and compassionate. I feel that she "lives" what she teaches ! This practice is very unique (do not expect typical yoga postures !) and has so much to offer to everyone. Give it a try with an open mind !

I've joined Dahn Yoga (Body&Brain) about two months ago because I needed stretch exercises for my joints (have multiple arthritis), and because my spiritual teaches told me that I need grounding. I also have metastatic cancer, and am at 55 on disability. My experience exceeded the expectations. This is not a traditional static yoga, but a vigorous set of exercises based on physical vibrations (including vocal) and moving energy through your body. They focus on the second chakra as a gate to a healthy body and unobstructed energy flow. It works! Even after a short time a constant pain in the neck and shoulders subsided, I feel more "alive". Their spiritual foundation is in accordance with the modern Spiritual Awakening movement and is based on the concepts of Love, Oneness, and Manifestation. I've also participated in a couple of good workshops (Initial Awakening and Finding Your True Self). They really open you up to a cosmic Compassion Flow. Even for complete novices it was a life changing experience.

What a wonderful place to enjoy the benefits of yoga, Tai Chi and other forms of physical exercise and growth. The Center combines all this with various meditation practices to fulfill you both physically and mindfully. There's a huge variety of programs and classes that will fit anyone's needs. I came away feeling much more calm and peaceful as well as more physically strong and fit. This center is truly amazing!

It was very fortunate for me to find Dhan Yoga! Not only did I improve my health issue that I had had for some time, my mental focus did enhance dramatically. Out of many Yoga forms that I have done over the years, Dhan Yoga is simply the best and most effective way to improve body and mind. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Since I have been practicing at the Mill Creek Dahn Yoga Center I have experienced better health, greater flexibility and a stable mind. I am able to live a more productive and happier life. I have gained hope and courage in a discouraging world. I highly recommend this life style changing program.

I have been practicing Dahn Yoga Program for almost 4 years. It helped me to recover from ruptured disc, lower back pain and cancer. By attending classes regularly and particicipating in special workshops, I became physically healthier, emotionally stable and happier. I recommend Dahn Yoga Program to anyone who wants to be happy, heathy and peaceful. I am very glad that I found the Dahn Yoga Program when I did. It was the best decision I made in my life.

I have been practicing Dahn Yoga for a while now and I have found it to be very beneficial. Not only has my body become much stronger and more flexible but, my mind feels more clear and I am more confident. This center offers a range of dynamic classes, private lessons, healing sessions, and energy check-ups. One month ago I could not hold my left should up from a previous shoulder injury. However, with alot of Dahn Yoga practice; 6 days a week, I am now able to hold poses like Sleeping Tiger for 30+ minutes. I have experienced some major growth and deep healing. I would recommend this gentle, loving style of Yoga to anyone who is seeking some true internal healing.
