She is absolutely an amazing teacher. I love that every month there is something new to look forward to. I truly like the Saturday SN sessions.

In each class she reminds you to pay attention to the breath during the poses. I extremely appreciate that part as it is where the real yoga happens. I wish more success to the studio!

I have been practicing with Deepi for a month now and would have to say it has been an amazing experience. Deepika is very knowledgeable and her daily yoga practice is very well structured with a balance between yoga and meditation. Every day there are new exercises which target all areas of the body. The yoga routine is with a normal pace which is suitable even for beginners and Deepi encourages to find variations and to practice as much as one can take.
Practicing during the first month has helped me gain flexibility and slowly with each session it is improving. I would highly recommend trying these yoga classes

I feel it was the best decision ever to join this Yoga session. Our instructor, Deepika, teaches very nicely, she lets you do the aasanas with your own comfortable pace and limits. She is very approachable and calm, and always answers all questions promptly and in detail. In an hour long class, she will always accommodate lot of aasanas which will give us good exercise and will include different stretches too. She is very helpful. Last 15 mins of meditation are really worth. Definitely makes you feel calm and generates energy from within. It's been wonderful experience so far and I am looking forward to many more months of sessions.
