I first came to Dustin after two failed attempts at group training elsewhere because of a recurring knee issue. A friend recommended him, and Iโm so glad she did. From day one, Dustin really listened to my needs and paid close attention to my problem areas. In his small group training, he was able to give me the corrections I needed, and under his careful guidance my knee discomfort quickly improved. His knowledge of anatomy and sports science is impressive, but what makes the biggest difference is his patience, encouragement, and ability to support students of all experience levels. Training with Dustin has been such a positive experience!

I love the strength training program. In the past 10 months, Iโve seen a marked improvement in my tennis game, my overall strength and movement. I like that I get a personalized program on the app that moves at my current pace. The flexibility to mix and match between seeing the trainer and relying on the program is a huge benefit - helps keep up even while traveling with whatever equipment is at my disposal. Avoiding injuries and dealing with them (in case) is so much easier now.
