Training with Mike has been awesome — I definitely recommend him. Coming from collegiate athletics, I really struggled to work out solo after years of training with a team. On top of that, it’s hard to find a trainer you can actually trust and who really knows their stuff. Mike absolutely does. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain why, what, and how behind the exercise when I ask.

What stands out most is how good he is at adjusting things on the spot — offering alternatives or tweaks so I can still get the same benefit without aggravating old injuries or weaker muscles. I’ve been dealing with back issues since college, and he’s helped me regain strength and mobility in ways I’d honestly given up on.

The gym itself is great — tons of high-quality equipment that he’s always updating or adding to. I also love the semi-private setup; he paired me with people who match my sense of humor, which makes every session something I look forward to. The vibe is super supportive, and it’s clear he’s intentional about building community through group events and get-togethers.

Overall, it’s been the best training experience I’ve had in years — both fun and effective

Working out with Mike has given me the consistency and accountability that I was looking for when I first considered working with a trainer. I started working out with Mike back in Jan 2024. I knew from the first consultation that this would be a great fit. I have been active throughout my adult life, but Mike had pushed me to my best self. I have seen my best results within the first 6 months of my journey. I found Mike Moore results through Google reviews and was skeptical at first but trust the reviews and the fact that MR can accommodate to your fitness journey wherever you are and whatever your goals may be. He has genuine interest in your personal growth and will push you to your comfort level. Personally, I’ve always been an athlete and have been competitive in basketball, tennis, golf, collegiate boxing, co-ed football, and now pickleball. I’ve always been active and used to lift on my own as well. It’s nice to have some accountability and someone to track your milestones and improvements along the way.
If you want a challenge and to be pushed he can definitely offer that to you if you already have background in sports or fitness. Give it a try and decide for yourself if it works for you! There’s nothing to lose and so much to gain!

Mike Moore trained me for 15 months to gain muscle, learn how to lift weights without injury, and strength. Prior to joining with him, I was doing yoga 5 times a week and had limited weight lifting experience. I was not able to do a push up and by the end of the year I could do a complete push up. All of my muscles grow either 1 to 4 inches from their original point. My weight to rep grow month after month from working out with Mike and continuing my yoga. He trains in a group setting of up to 4 people and independently depending on the schedule. From 2022, I paid $360 per month for twice a week.

As a personal trainer, he is really good at identifying the source issue of any group of movements, muscles, or joints issue. Creates specific workouts and exercises to solve the issue identified. Makes your training personal and specific to each individual’s needs, goals, and limitations. By the end, I knew how to grow my strength, properly lift weights, and independently workout.

I would recommend Mike as a personal trainer / coach as his knowledge, curiosity, constantly learning spirit, and pushing you to grow supports your fitness journey.

I've been training with Michael since 2019. I'm very inconsistent when it comes to working out. I can work out for a few months consistently and then fall right out of it. But working with Michael has been amazing!

With me being inconsistent, I truly appreciate Michael because within the years of working with him, he has always checked in with me and whenever I was ready to get back into working out he was always willing to help and kept me accountable with working out.

Michael is very flexible and offers in-person training or remote training through an app. I've done both and all I can say is that I received great results doing either or.

I worked out with Michael consistently a few years back before I moved. Michael catered workouts specifically to my goals and always made working out super fun. Cardio is my thing, but Michael pushed me to make strength training my thing too. I’m so much more confident walking into a weight room at a gym because of my time with Michael. So much things I can say about Moore Results. Mike definitely is knowledgeable about fitness and cares about the details. When I met Mike I was out of shape and 100lbs overweight, I was fat, depressed, my wife left me, and my dog ran away. I’ve been training with Mike for over a year now. He’ll tailor your training program based off of your goals and is pretty flexible about scheduling. I come out of every work out feeling tired and good. I decided to go to Mike because I work from home so I felt like I wasn’t moving my body enough. Not only was I able to get back to working out but I also learned how to properly lift and be more mindful of what I’m eating. Best kept secret in south seattle.
