I’ve attended 10 classes at Moov SLU and I absolutely love the workout, instructors, and community. I leave feeling stronger and with so many endorphins. It’s been one of the first workouts I’ve been able to stay consistent with along with Pilates in years. I’m so happy to have found this studio.
My only complaint is the cleanliness of the machines. Almost every class I come in and find another persons hair all over the machine. They are also dusty and have build up of dirt/dead skin/etc. I’ve also had my machine not cleaned well by the previous person and still have visible sweat on the machine and smelly. At the end of each class they give each person 2 wipes to clean their machine, but honestly this isn’t always enough depending on how much you sweat. I think two things can be done: 1) the staff should do deep cleans of the machine at least weekly 2) have wipes available to class attendees at all times to clean their machines to their liking. If these improvements were made, it would truly improve the experience.

I’ve been a regular at Moov for nearly 100 classes now, and I’m really disappointed with how they handled a recent situation.
I had a work emergency that required me to cancel or reschedule my class on the same day. I even notified them in the morning, but they refused to make any exception. Their response was that all other classes were full and I’d have to go on a waitlist. The reality is, Moov is always busy—if I cancel, they could easily fill my spot. It’s not like they would lose money. Instead, they stuck to a rigid policy that felt out of touch with how real life happens.
What’s frustrating is that they promote themselves as a community-oriented studio, but this experience made me feel like just another number. There’s no consideration for members’ circumstances—whether it’s work emergencies or falling sick. On top of that, you have to sign up for classes well in advance, so there’s no way to predict what might come up on the actual day.
They could have shown flexibility, such as allowing a limited number of same-day cancellations per year, or adopting a shorter cancellation window like other studios do. Instead, I was left feeling that my loyalty didn’t matter.
If you’re looking for a studio that values its long-term members and understands that life happens, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I like the vibe of this studio and the open layout/windows are great! I've been a couple of times now and all of the instructors were nice and helpful.
Only thing I had a problem with is that twice when I came in for a class I noticed that my reformer smelled like someone else's sweat (and this happened on two separate reformers). I also saw some hair stuck in some of the wheels on the reformer which also grossed me out lol. I know that pilates reformers inherently won't smell amazing, but it was to the point where it's all I could focus on during the class. Maybe a deep clean of the machines would help, but otherwise great studio!

The front desk lady was very rude and not friendly at all. She showed no professionalism or welcoming attitude. She made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I walked in and completely ruined my workout.

Love this studio and it’s my favorite in Seattle. The only pain point is that cancellations / waitlists / fees can be strict if you don’t pay close attention. They give you a one time courtesy cancel but that’s it, so I would suggest being careful about signing up for classes on the waitlist. For example, I got pulled off of the waitlist at 11:31pm for a 12:00pm class the next day. There’s a 12 hour window to cancel, so I would have had to cancel in the next 28 minutes to avoid losing my credit. Unfortunately in that case, I was already asleep for the night and had used my one time courtesy as a recurring member (I’ve done 40 classes) so I lost my credit and was charged, which is basically a $50 miss. :(

Great classes some instructions are really good. This is not an easy program, but after a few weeks, you’ll get a hang of it.
The facility itself is top notch, especially the natural light coming through which I prefer more than darker Studios.
A few improvements they can make:
Very strict waitlist with $15 penalty if you do not cancel 12 hours before, but there’s always a waitlist also if you’re trying to book a couple days in advance.
It’s hard to micromanage these rules. You only get an email if you make it through the waitlist people don’t really check their emails middle of the night. They should have text messaging like other studios. It’s more accessible.

I have been going to moov consistently (4-5 times a week) for over a year, and it is by far my favorite fitness studio I have ever been to. I have never heard of a studio that provides mat pilates, hiit pilates, yoga classes and reformer pilates other than moov. I have the unlimited membership so I get access to all of the classes and a sauna/cold plunge. I absolutely love every single instructor and cannot say enough good things about this place.

I'm currently out visiting from New Jersey and took this class using class pass. I took 5:30 full body with Erica and it was great. It's been a while since I've taken lagree and every studio is not the same. I loved how we started class with a warm up stretch and ended the same with a cool down stretch. My family will be relocating here in July and hopefully this studio with be within reasonable distance because I would love to back.

Took a more than a year to write a review and all i can say is that going to Lagree classes at MOOV was probably one of the best decisions i made for my fitness journey. The instructors are amazing and they all have something new and different to bring to each class (special shoutouts to Laura, Brett, Kendall, Ana, and Jillian) The studio has such a nice, open, welcoming, and calming aesthetic which is an amazing differentiator from dark studios where you can barely see yourself or check your form. Apart from the traditional resistance training principles of mind to muscle connection, slowing down to keep your muscles under tension, etc., Lagree taught me discipline, dedication and how to keep showing up for myself even if it’s only 40% today or 150% tomorrow or 10% the day after. Although i don’t go regularly anymore to focus on other elements of my physical health, I can’t recommend Lagree enough.

So we’ll start with parking. It’s not the best, if you’re lucky you’ll find a good spot but the likely hood of finding a spot is rare. Luckily it was Sunday so I could park anywhere. I got there 30 minutes early for my 9:30am class as a first time client, they asked us to arrive early on the agreement and be mindful of parking. As I approached I put in the code to get through the first door but the second door to get into the studio was locked. I proceeded to knock, call, text, with no response. It was freezing outside, finally someone came and opened the door and stated the doors remain locked until 15 minutes before the class begins which was not disclosed on the agreement I signed. I thought I was arriving early for new membership and tour. I did not receive a tour of the facility which was disappointing. Overall class was really small, the workout itself was good, instructor was great I just can’t say based on hospitality and customer service that I will be returning.

Today’s class was literally my second time doing Pilates. Amira made me feel super comfortable and supported throughout the class and also gave subtle form corrections which I desperately needed! Everyone who works at MOOV is incredibly supportive.
Also, the studio is SOOOO aesthetic and comfy (and super clean!), which makes the experience ever more enjoyable!
I also love that MOOV hosts events outside of the Pilates classes; this fosters a community that feels super supportive. 10/10 I’m definitely going to get a membership!

One time I was trying to cancel my class 3 hours ahead due to illness and asked if the cancellation fee could be waived. BUT I’ve never heard back from the customer service Jess, which I normally get response really quick. It was really frustrating, I’d give her 1 star.
However, most of the instructors are really nice, people working at the front desk are really kinda too. Studio is spacious and pretty.

This was my first experience in Lagree ever, I was a little hesitant because of how intimidating “Pilates” culture can be. Last week my neighbor told me she goes to Moov, so I decided to give it a try. The energy was welcoming from the get go, Alexandra at the desk was sweet and helpful, even though I made a mistake in my reservation, she was able to find me a spot after someone had to leave. Now the instructor, Savannah, was clear, encouraging and very attentive, she pays attention to the whole class, loved that she corrected my form too!
Ps: Please bring grippy socks, they will make your experience easier and more comfortable.

I've never tried palates until MOOV and let me tell you, Its so fun!! Ive always just lifted weights but i recently moved to the area and i wanted to try something different. I instantly fell in love with it. The instructors are great! They push you to do your best and break a sweat. I definitely recommend this place if youre looking to try palates and get a great workout :-)

Moov has a great environment, and I really enjoy the classes! I’d love to sign up for a membership, but class availability is extremely limited—especially after 5 pm—and instructor consistency varies. Classes are booked out for days!
Still, I’d recommend Moov to anyone interested in pilates or looking for a challenging addition to their fitness routine. For a more intense workout with flexible scheduling, I’ll stick to Solidcore or Barry’s for now.

I've taken a few classes with Krys, and every single time, she kicks my ass in the best way possible. Her classes push me to do my hardest, and she constantly reminds us that it’s all about competing with ourselves - no one else. Her vibe is incredibly welcoming, which is huge because it can be intimidating to stepping into a new studio or trying a different instructor’s class. She creates a space where everyone feels comfortable while pushing their limits. Plus, her music selection is on point (especially if you love hip-hop, afrobeats, and reggaeton), and it keeps you motivated through every challenging set.
I can confidently say that Krys' class has made me stronger, and I’ve noticed the impact on my lifts at the gym. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a class that will make you stronger both physically and mentally!

I was traveling to Seattle and ended up taking Anna's class on Sunday. The instructor wasn't helpful at all. She saw me struggling yet didn't offer to help. I've been to multiple studios in NYC and the instructors there are super helpful.

Really love the space. I tried their free classes at first by the instructors in training and I get addicted to Moov. I’ve tried other lagree studios in the area and solidcore and by far Moov is the most fun. I recommend trying out different instructors at first to find out who you like but so far I always get the burn with all the instructors.

I've had the worst experience in MOOV.
The classes that I attended had quite inattentive teachers, one of them wasn't even bothering to demonstrate the exercises - and half of the class wasn't sure what to do.
On top of that I got charged a no-show fee for a class that I cancelled way in advance, I'm not sure if their system doesn't work correctly or they did it on purpose, but it's outrageous.

I've been sampling different workout classes in preparation for New Year's resolutions (haha), and MOOV is my favorite so far! I had never done pilates before and took an intro class with Christel, who was fantastic! The class was very challenging but there was no judgment for adjusting to your own pace, and the overall atmosphere was uplifting and inspiring. I think I'll definitely be coming back after the holidays!

I’m overdue for a review of Moov. TL;DR I HIGHLY recommend.
I’ve been going for the past year and I am not exaggerating when I say that it has been life changing. I’ve never been the type of person to be regularly active or stick to a workout schedule. Pilates at Moov changed that and it’s the highlight(s) of my week to go. The instructors are AMAZING - knowledgeable, motivating, and always new routines each class. At first I could barely hold a plank and it’s been amazing to see how my body has evolved and strengthened over the past year. Also, I work from home and Moov has really helped me ward off muscle fatigue from sitting all day and general real life socialization (lol)

I’ve had a great class experience my first time but it seems that the quality of the class depends on the teacher. Sometimes, the instructions are super unclear and half of the class is lost or doing the exercises wrong.
Also, dogs are allowed in the studio and it is super stressful to workout with 2-4 dogs barking loudly for 45 minutes and the instructor is distracted from class, trying to calm them down. I’m not sure if I can recommend this studio, the class quality is not consistent

Beyond excited about this new studio!!! I’ve been to a few Pilates classes in the past but never felt challenged enough.. after one class at Moov my body was sore for DAYS! I already can tell a huge difference in my balance and core strength! The studio itself is stunning but beyond aesthetics, it’s warm, welcoming and the perfect place to dedicate some time for just you.

My friend Cynthia referred me to try Pilates at MOOV. I’m glad I chose this studio because it’s brand new/clean, especially through covid times. The equipment is spaced out and covid friendly.
The studio is well lit and in a convenience location.
I tried one class yesterday, and my entire body is SORE. I am addicted! I decided that the unlimited monthly pass is best for me because I would like to go at least 3-4 times a week. I love that they offer full body classes and “meditation” cool down classes at least twice a week.
I just recommended a friend to MOOV, and I will continue to recommend this studio and their instructors to anyone who is interested.
