The one on one trainers are amazing! They make it feel like a tight knit family. I came because I knew I needed to start working out differently than I had been. Though I had never let myself go, age has been exacting it's toll. I found exactly what I was looking for at Victor Fitness! Matt keeps me motivated and never bored. I look forward to my work outs and am astonished at how much progress I have made in just two half-hour sessions per week. These folks know what they are doing. I was worried that weight lifting would hurt my joints, but they know exactly what to do to get you strong without risking injury. I have regained the bounce in my step, can squat down to get pots out of the bottom shelf and stand up unaided. I can run down stairs again without thinking about it. My muffin top is gone, my knees look cute again and my arms can now rival Michelle Obama's. I've been working out with Bill and his team for the past five months. These sessions are exactly what I wanted. I'm the type of person who can be highly motivated at the onset of a project but, even when I see progress, my motivation can peeter out. That's why having a staff of dedicated personal trainers, who keep me coming back and hold me accountable to my choices when I'm not in the gym, really helps.

In the past five months, I've lost 30 lbs. In a large part, that's due to the help I've received from the trainers at Victor Fitness. I still have another 40 lbs to go, but I feel like I'm in a good place to get to my goals with the help of the staff at Victor Fitness.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Victor Fitness. I am wrapping up week 6, and am seeing so many changes. The trainers are wonderful, every time I walk through the door I am greeted by name. They are great at answering any questions I have and let me know they are there if anything comes up. I have committed to 3 days a week for 6 months and have never given it a second thought. I have struggled with anxiety and motivation at other facilities. I have been with Bill since January of this year. He has brought the encouragement and motivation needed to help lose 30+ pounds, and rebuild self-esteem. When I feel puny I still go and workout because I know how invigorated I feel by the end of the workout. He brings knowledge about muscle groups, movements, and how they are all interrelated as well as the ever important nutritional component. I have worked with several trainers throughout the years and I find that Bill takes the time to really listen to what has and has not worked for me in the past. He is constantly mixing up my workouts to keep me challenged and to get the maximum from me. It has been very exciting for me to see the change in me and my body throughout this whole process. My few months of experience at Victor fitness have been excellent. I appreciate the approach of high intensity exercise which I find works better for me than the traditional system found in other gyms. The staff is very nice: friendly, inviting, and accommodating. I also really like that the facility is highly organized, well maintained, and always clean. This is a great lo-key center with no crowds. Justin has been wonderful!...Always having the utmost professionalism, patience, and full attention to my needs. My daughter started training at Victor Fitness about six months ago and really enjoys her time there! She plays soccer year round and runs track as well, so we were looking for a place that provides strength, speed and agility training closer to home.

I found Victor Fitness thru an online search, decided to contact the business and was really drawn in by how friendly Bill was over the phone, all of the information he provided and the free initial training session. Upon arriving at the facility for the first time, I was impressed by the look and feel of the facility, the great staff and diverse customer base. Everyone at Victor Fitness makes you feel at home and comfortable. My daughter is a quiet and shy 14 year old, but she really enjoyed the initial session with Bill and enjoys training regularly with Justin.

With my daughter's busy sports schedule and my husband and I working in Portland, she is only able to train with Justin once a week. I wasn't sure how much of a benefit this would be for her, but we have both seen much improvement in her upper and lower body strength. Justin really works her during her sessions and it shows. He also has provided some great instruction when it comes to her form for Track, which we believe helped her to place in the top 3 at districts in the 100m event this past season. She constantly points out the various muscles and toning she now sees in her arms, calves and thighs.

I totally recommend Victor Fitness to anyone looking for some good training in a positive, fun, competitive, and safe environment by knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I have been going to Victor Fitness now for about 10 months and I have to say that I really enjoy many aspects of the business.

The facility and equipment are really good. The equipment is kept clean and is well maintained and is much better equipment than you find at "the gym". Most of the equipment allows for much smaller increments of increase, meaning you can add one or two pounds of weight instead of the typical 5 pound increments. This is important because sometimes a 5 pound increase is just too much. The facility itself is always very, very clean and quiet. Typically when I am there, there may be one or two other clients, but many times I am there with my trainer alone. So it is quiet and no waiting for machines to open up.

I really appreciate the attentive work my trainer does with me. He records all of my work each day and shows me consistent increases. Without his help I know I would never have gotten as far as I have. I am lifting weights I never thought possible! And I look better than I ever have. I could not have accomplished what I have done by myself. Making the appointment sets the commitment that I have to follow through on. And that accountability keeps me going back.

Lastly, I really appreciate the trainers. Everyone in the shop is so welcoming and has always made me feel so comfortable. Even in the beginning when I knew I was really out of shape, Matt was so encouraging and inspiring. Matt is such a professional and I so appreciate the attention and time he has given me. I have also worked with Justin on occasion and he too is great to work with. Bill always has a warm, welcoming smile and hello for me.

I really appreciate Victor Fitness and encourage anyone who is interested in increasing their fitness to give it a try. It's not an overnight fix, but you do see steady increases in your fitness and it's never too much to handle. Give them a try!

I have now been working out with Victor Fitness (Justin is my trainer) for 4 months, and this is by far the best experience I've ever had with a personal trainer. In the past, I worked with trainers from the big-box gyms, and I always felt like they were pushing too hard and/or didn't really care about what was appropriate for my body. They just seemed to be putting on the trainer "mask" to get paid. I wanted a more personal experience from someone who would listen to my goals and help me achieve them. Victor Fitness achieves all that and more. They really took the time to understand what I wanted out of my plan, and then developed a program for me. The training is efficient so I'm not spending hours at the gym, and yet I absolutely feel like I have worked out. The gym is low key, but everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive. Justin encourages me to push my hardest without pushing me so hard that I hurt myself. He also provides lots of positive feedback both in the gym and via supportive emails. I even have progress reports so I can see how I'm improving. I can see that I'm stronger, and I feel better about myself. Personal training is an investment of time and money and effort, and I can't think of a better place to make that investment than Victor Fitness. I would recommend them unreservedly.

I have been training at Victor Fitness for the past several months and love it. Matt is my regular trainer and is very supportive, focused and knowledgeable. Bill and Justin are also wonderful to work with when Matt is unavailable. I have gained significant strength and muscle tone in all areas, without aggravating an old elbow injury. The gradual increase in both the weights (2 pound increments) and exercise time for each exercise has been the key to my continued progress. I've personally had my step-son go to one of his speed and agility trainings and this is what James had to say. β€œIt was tough, fun and I learned some new skills and I would do it again.” Bill by far is the best personal trainer in Clark County because of his flexibility in working with clients and his personal training knowledge exceeds anyone I've ever met. I had a horrible experience with a 24hr fitness personal trainer this year, to the point I didn't think Id ever try personal training again. A friend told me about Bill, so I decided to give personal training another shot.

Bill has been great! He not only helped me fix the issues the other trainer had messed me up on. Now my shoulder doesn't crackle and pop like it used to, and I have far more flexability. I have been with Bill for over 3 years and would go nowhere else. He sees my training for what my body needs and can tolerate. With me this is necessary as I had a spinal stroke 10 years ago and as off yet cannot walk without assistance of cane,walker or hand. Through Bill Victor’s Flashpoint Speed & Agility Specialists program, my offensive lineman son has made incredible improvements in speed, agility and quickness. I'm 56 and have been working with Bill Victor for nearly two years now, I can do exercises at weight and repetition levels that I haven't been able to do for twenty years. Attention High School Sports Coaches, if you want to decrease the injuries that your athletes have, bot in and out of season, and increase their speed and agility on the field/court. I would suggest that your team inquire and schedule a one week session with Victor Fitness Systems!!

I am a HS Girls Soccer coach, and I had first hand experience with Victor Fitness Systems last Summer during our preseason workouts. My squad worked with Bill Victor for a one week session, in which I was very surprised at the importance of small tweaks to running forms and the impact that it has on the actual speed and agility of your athletes. That one week working with Victor Fitness Systems, I was amazed at the attention to detail that was shown. This one week experience not only taught my athletes the importance of good running form and a dynamic warm-up, but I also took this in as a coach, and apply it to my athletes daily trainings. As a team we used the Dynamic Warm-Up all season, and we were able to go all season without having a major injury.

I would reccomend Victor Fitness Systems to any and all Sports Coaches in the area, not only will your athletes benefit from the program that will be put together for your squad, but as a coach you will also learn from the vast knowledge that is expressed during training sessions, and be able to apply that to you daily training sessions!

I met Bill when I decided to make a lifestyle change. Since then, I have trained with him, observed him training other clients, and followed his weekly article for the Columbian

I'd hate to sound clichΓ©d, but Bill is not the average Personal Trainer. He shouldn't even be in the same category. At this point, I find that referring to him as a "Personal Trainer" belittles him due to the mere association it creates with the rest of the fitness professionals in this town.

Bill is, to me, a remarkable individual with whom it is a privilege to train with and be helped by.
He is not here to tell you what you want to hear. In fact, you're probably going to hear a bunch of stuff you didn't want to hear. He listens to me and understands the things I want to work on. We do different exercises all the time and he really pushes you to improve not only your strength and flexibility but also your form. He has a great and fun personality and is very positive which is more important than I initially thought - you want someone who can push you and then laugh about it afterwards. After working out with Bill I feel like I've really pushed myself, way more than I did at any other gym by myself.
What I love about Bill is that he accepts and welcomes me just as I am. From there, he will work with you to live life healthily and happily. He isn't like other trainers that forces strict diets down your throat and make you perform an absurd exercise regimen that makes you want to quit forever (but I'm sure that if you requested a hardcore workout, he will give you one). Many individuals want a miracle cure for their weight loss issues, but they have to understand that it takes time, change, patience, determination, and a helpful supporter. He can somehow see the kind of life you lead and the kind of person you are and, make no mistake, to Bill that is important. He's not trying to improve your body. He's trying to improve you, body and soul. Improve it, shape it. To him, it's all connected, as I've come to learn that it should be.

Get ready to absorb some info, because Bill does his homework. He is learned and very informed in everything that he does. This kind of dedication from a "Personal Trainer" is not the norm. I cannot stress it enough when I say he doesn't NEED to do what he does; he does it out of pleasure and kindness.

He puts a LOT of emotional investment into you. More than many people should. So much that you won't want to let him down. It's not a guilt thing, he actually cares. He puts effort into you, tries to help you in any way he can, professionally and personally because he approaches you like a PERSON, not like a body or a client. That's why he's so effective. He tries to fix problems from the source.

And he feels more like a good friend than a coach. he approaches me with a balance of professionalism and friendship that is exactly what I need to turn my life around.

Which brings me to my final point; By far, the most important thing you must take away from this review is that he will stress that it is YOU who's got to make the change. YOU who has to put the work in and the belief. I know I've made him sound like some flip-a-switch solution to your problems, he's not. He just gives you the support and information you need for YOU to become the solution. And that's worth a whole lot more than he charges.

Before Bill, I was just trying my best. Now, I'm trying to be the best. There's a big difference there.

I've worked out with a few different trainers, and what I like about Bill Victor is his emphasis on dynamic movements. He isn't having me just work out on one machine to bulk up my biceps, but he is having me do exercises that use lots of different muscle sets. This is much more useful for me because my emphasis is on being health and generally fit.

Bill and his team are incredible. I have been training with Bill for 3mo and have lost 40lbs. Bill has helped me regain strength in my shoulders, lost due to several car accidents, and has helped me get back to my old self.

My son started working out with him at the same time and has added about 10lbs and is hopping to gain another 5 by football season. His strength, agility, quickness, and speed have all improved dramatically!!! As a youth coach I would recommend Bill to any parent that wants to give their kid an advantage over the competition.
