Our primary focus is to ensure our clients achieve the goals they have set for themselves. we operate from a belief that everyone should have a trainer – even for as little as once per month. Having your own personal coach overseeing your program and progress is the key to success.

I started personal training with My BodyMind Fitness in April of 2025, and it has been life-changing. I have been working out for years, but a thyroid condition, chronic inflammation, and depression have made it difficult for me to stay consistent and see results on my own. It's only been 5 months of training, but my body has changed drastically. I have muscle definition and stamina to get through workouts that would have been impossible for me not too long ago.

Leanne and Skylar are skilled and knowledgeable trainers. They have pushed me to do workouts I never would have done on my own. They also respect that some days my energy or body is not 100%, and have been able to tailor workouts to accommodate my needs, while still making sure I see results. Their classes are small. Everyone there is dealing with physical issues. They want to know when you're coming, they tailor yoga sessions and circuit weight training days to each individual's ailments.

They provide Community! I've met wonderful, supportive friends with the same goals!!

I have hired many personal trainers and was reluctant to hire another trainer, because i never got the results i was looking for and felt my plan wasn’t tailored to me and my goals, just a standard workout, something I feel I could do on my own and save money. She’s a firecracker and truly wants you to succeed , not just In your fitness goals but in all aspect of your life because of her compassion for everyone she trains. Marqie Post is a great trainer. She is friendly and considerate. She knows how to make us work harder then We think we can. She works us enough that our muscles are sore but not too sore. I think that is perfect. She is always encouraging me when I want to quit. She always has a good program planned for our workouts and she is always positive. She understands she is dealing with members of AARP but she pushes us to work harder. We just did a trip to Utah National Parks and we did hikes we didn’t think we could do.

I have been with Marqie for nearly two years, I showed up for that first session less than a year from gastric bypass, lacking strength, motivation and struggling with weight loss. She has stood by me, when most would have given up on me. She was there for me, and continues to be there while I work on physical and psychological hurdles, and ramifications of past choices made to loose weight.

She pushes you to do another set when you need it, and just listens when that is what you need. Words can not express how lucky I feel that she came into my life, and it all started by chance with a google search for a personal trainer.

Why I would hire you as my personal trainer? Marqie knows the human body. She knows what workouts will bring what results. She knows alternate workouts based on a person's personal injuries or limitations. She provides a great rotation of exercise to train and change the whole body. She is positive, encouraging, and funny. She knows when to push people and when they need a break. She works with them on their food choices and life style for whole heath and fitness. Why would I choose Marqie as my trainer? For me, I didn't do any research on trainers before coming to the gym, so it's more realistic to say why I KEEP her as my trainer. Marqie started training me many months ago and since she started we have become friends. Ive had six trainers over the last 23 years and Marqie is the best trainer Ive had the pleasure of having. What I like best is she knows what I can and can not handle and pushes me. When I show up she will ask me what I would like to work and without skipping a beat she has me going. She has had me do some exercises I've never done before and that are effective and exhaust that muscle. Each and every workout Ive 'felt' over the next few days which is impressive. Her knowledge and skill is top notch. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to see results immediately. I saw changes to my body within two weeks of training with her at two days a week.

After years of running, I decided that running just wasn’t giving me the outcome I wanted. I met a great group of people on an obstacle run that I kept in contact with. Leanne and Marqie were a ball of fun! I explained my running frustration to Marqie and she challenged me to an 8 week challenge. In the beginning it was challenging and I thought I was crazy but things became easier. I finished that challenge and the results were amazing. I felt great and was on the way to looking great. After the challenge I decided to start attending this gym. I couldn’t be happier with the workout plans Marqie has. She knows how to push without over doing it. I always leave feeling like it was a great workout. Between Marqie and some of the guests, it’s a great atmosphere. Constant jokes and laughing. Makes working out a very pleasurable experience. Anyone on the fence about going here should try it. I highly recommend It.

I have been taking classes at MyBodyMindFitness for nearly a year now. I joined after struggling to find a good fitness program following knee surgery that has left me unable to exercise as I was used to (and loved to). I am so very glad that I did! Despite a knee that is still unhappy sometimes, I work hard in classes from knowledgeable, compassionate instructors that have challenging workouts so perfectly planned , yet do not exacerbate my knee issue. The small class sizes allow instructors to monitor all participants and give constant feedback. I leave my 45 minutes classes exhausted, but so glad I came. Every time. I highly recommend giving this slightly unconventional gym a chance. You won't regret it.

Personal training was designed to help prepare me for an upcoming total hip replacement. They had a unique and effective approach that worked wonderfully. Why I recommend MyBodyMindFitness:

At age 74, I thought it was about time to get in shape. Two heart attacks over a decade ago I didn’t want to wing it.

Finding a trainer who would be knowledgeable enough to get me started, I lucked out when I found Leanne Christie.

She showed me how to get started on the equipment and was patient with my lack of knowhow.

While I have since moved from the area, I still workout at a gym 3 times a week.

I love both the private training sessions and classes here. It feels nothing like the typical gym atmosphere. The trainers get to know you and somehow perfectly balance the encouragement while still pushing you past what you initially thought you could accomplish. They work with you at YOUR fitness level and always take into account any injuries or health limitations you may have. Even in classes they give you an alternate move if needed.

I love coming in first thing in the morning to get my day started off right. I have so much more energy and positivity in my life since I've started coming here!

The fitness studios are also way more inviting than a typical gym. I no longer feel the anxiety I used to have when I walked in to workout at a large corporation gym.

Leanne, Marqie, and Karin are all amazing trainers. They are knowledgeable, supportive, encouraging, and genuinely care about their clients. They hold you accountable when your will-power falters!

I have lost 100 pounds. I have these trainers to thank for helping me to keep the weight off and become a stronger woman - Mind, Body, and Soul.

I would 100 percent recommend this place. If you're hesitant to start working out at a new place like I was, I'd say just reach out to have someone give you a tour and show you what it is like!

This is an incredible boutique like gym that caters to their client's specific needs. Trainer Marqie designed a well thought out, progressive plan geared toward my advanced age (over 55). Marqie is knowledgeable, kind and gently pushes you to do your best. I highly recommend this gym and Marqie as a trainer. The owner and other staff are also extremely knowledgeable and kind. The gym is immaculate and the staff takes great care in sanitizing the equipment after each use. This is a well run operation that has been in business for several years.
