I’m an elite personal trainer with over a decade of experience, offering customized, results-driven coaching for clients who want to look, feel, and move better.

I specialize in body recomposition — helping people lose fat, build lean muscle, and create lasting changes that support both strength and confidence.

A core part of my approach includes improving mobility, joint health, and long-term physical longevity, making it ideal for clients who want to stay strong, capable, and pain-free as they age.

All sessions take place in a private facility equipped with top-of-the-line equipment, offering a focused, professional training environment without the distractions of a commercial gym.

I have been working out with Nick for over two years. With strength training and diet, I have lost 45 pounds and gained strength and mobility. I am 64 years old, 5’6” and 139 pounds. Nick tailors my training to protect prior injuries. If something is hurting, Nick immediately advises a change of position or a different exercise to achieve the desired result. Nick is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever worked with. He is positive, encouraging, supportive and a joy to work with. And my workouts are tailored to me. Before ski season we work on balance and ankle stability. I am able to continue to participate in the sports I enjoy with a higher level of safety and confidence because of the fitness I have gained while working with Nick.

Nick is an awesome personal trainer! I was a complete beginner before training with Nick and he worked with me to create that program that was best for my needs. We've been training together for over a year now and he helped me completely change my life. He's helped me lose weight, put on muscle, and feel more confident in myself and my body.

Nick is an incredibly knowledgeable and breaks down every exercise we do in a simple and easy to understand lesson, making sure I have proper form and don't injure myself. I started with Nick when I was a beginning lifter just wanting to get stronger at my basic. He helped me quickly build up a base of strength, fixing my form and showing me simple ways to program lifts over time to build strength. He’s helped me grow far past my original strength goals. He’s prepped and coached me through a few powerlifting meets, and when I hit a plateau Nick always helps me find ways to keep progressing.

This summer when my son started showing an interest in training, I brought him to Nick. Nick’s done a great job teaching him too.

Nick knows his stuff. He’s supportive and upbeat. He takes the time to get to know you and your goals, and he’ll tailor your training to meet those goals. He’s a great trainer, I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to meet their fitness goals.

Over 3 years ago I started my fitness journey with Nick.
I was having a hard time putting my socks on due to life long scoliosis issues.
Nick helped me strengthen my core and whole body to properly support the scoliosis so I’m not in daily pain.

It's been awesome getting to work with Nick in the gym. Honestly, before I started working with Nick I had a small understanding of what it means to actually follow a nutrition plan or how to control my muscles when lifting. When we started I was hoping to get a bit bigger and lean out a bit. But everything is happening so quickly. Im almost at 180 lbs which was my goal weight. Its all thanks to Nicks training not only in the gym but also in my diet. He has shown me what is truly means to diet and what real cause and effect looks like in the day to day diet. Im going to continue to train and diet and im going to push for 190lbs. I encourage anyone who is seeking personal training to sign up.
