About the Club

North End Pilates is a boutique style studio in Tacoma that offers comprehensive private Pilates training and instruction in both classical and contemporary Pilates methodologies.

Instruction taught by kinesiologist and certified Pilates instructor of 12 years. Areas of experience and expertise include lessons that address clients with:
pre/postnatal body’s; knee/back pain; arthritis; diastasis recti; autoimmune disorders; pacemakers; sport injuries; limited mobility; and scoliosis.

I cannot recommend this studio enough!!! It was worth every dollar and more. I only had two classes with Ace thanks to one of her summer specials. I’m so thankful for her wealth of knowledge, warmth, grace, and comprehensive education. I’ve never tried reformer pilates and I’m so glad she taught me the basics to feel confident and empowered. She tailors everything to meet your goals and is patient but always professional while being an excellent motivator. My only regret is leaving the area so I won’t be able to continue meeting with her! 💔 If you’re on the fence about checking out North End Pilates, GO FOR IT!!! I promise you will not regret it.

I was recommended to North End Pilates by a few of my friends who knew I was looking for an instructor that focused on mobility. As a beginner I really wanted 1:1 support for my form as I learn different techniques so that I don't hurt myself or fall into bad habits. Ace has been so helpful with creating personalized routines for my specific needs like my sticky shoulder and tight hips. I just purchased a 5 pack of classes and am so looking forward to the support, accountability and movement in the new year. Thank you Ace!

Absolutely love Ace and her private studio. Her expertise and insight with movement and the body is obvious. I am a beginner and I have felt well taken care of and challenged in my sessions with her. I also have a back injury and knew I needed something low impact with targeted strengthening. This traditional Pilates training is a perfect fit. Finding North End Pilates has been a God send.

Expert instruction! A VERY detail oriented teacher with patience and tailored every movement according to my body. I havent worked out in so many years, I would never try a group session, so I searched up and down for 1 on 1 sessions! Finally found my go-to person and place. This review is coming from a 70 year old woman with 2 hip replacements, little core strength, flexibility and mobility. Ace was patient and pleasant to work with! I am now with her 2xs a week and my body feels so rejuvenated after each session! Dramatic increase with mobility and flexibility and i feel muscles i didnt know were there! I highly recommend you try Pilates out here with Ace!

Had my first class of Pilates 😅, coming into it I didn’t know what to expect. Definitely one of the best workouts I’ve gotten in a while, I had a chance to see what area/ joints needed improvements and found out my what area are my strongest. It was so much different than lifting weights, I feel like I found something that will really help me find balance and keep me feeling youth. Ace you the best, thanks🙏
