I’ve been working out with Andrew in Tumwater now for 7 years. He got me down to almost my High School weight. Not only that he has helped me to maintain it the whole time. He is a workhorse. Pushes you to meet your goals and exceed them. I couldn’t recommend a better training facility. I’ve tried them all over the last 20 years in the Thurston County area and Andrew is definitely the best. You won’t be disappointed.

I've encountered Andrew Hardy in one-on-one coaching sessions once a week for the better part of as year. He is an excellent coach for strength training and cardio training. His experience in physical therapy enables him to describe specific moves that can aid recovery from an injury. I particularly like his ability to describe a sequence of exercises that address specific issues I have. He is always enthusiastic and encouraging. Overall, he is a five-star individual.

I’ve been working with Andy since the pandemic, through some medical challenges that have set me back at times. He takes the time to meet me where I am, instead of pushing like some hyper-focused trainers do. When my health is good, the results are obvious, my wife notices them (nice muscles). When my health isn’t so good, just showing up is the victory, and Andy makes that possible. I believe that has extended my life. I’ve been training with Andy for about 2 months now and I’m loving it! I came in wanting to strengthen my core, get in better shape, and hopefully get off high blood pressure meds. I hadn’t worked out in 15 years, but Andy made me feel welcome from day one.

He’s super calm, supportive, and knows exactly how to push you without being pushy. Every session is different and challenging—lots of heart-pumping warmups, strength exercises, and core work. It’s only 30 minutes, but I’m totally gassed by the end (in a good way!).

I’m already seeing results and feeling stronger. If you’re thinking about starting or getting back into fitness, I 100% recommend working with Andy. You won’t regret it!
