NWFP is an amazing place. They provide the highest level of training and support a variety of fitness goals. I've worked with their team in group classes, personal training, and run coaching. They were so helpful in supporting me staying active while pregnant and returning to fitness and running postpartum. Highly recommend!

NWFP is truly a special place. The expertly programmed and coached workouts are amazing, and I’m stronger (by far) than I’ve ever been. What sets them apart, though, is the strong sense of community and belonging. When you’re a member here you genuinely matter to each and every one of the trainers. They remember your name, your goals, and go out of their way even outside of class to support you.

I've always been a person overwhelmed and terrified by the gym. So when I had a New Year's Resolution of working with a personal trainer to get over this fear, I lucked out meeting Alec. He has the patience, humor, and genuine excitement of meeting me where I am at in the process of figuring out how to build a healthy gym routine and sticking to it. It's been over two years now, and I still love working with Alec at NW Fitness Project. I've also come to a place where I can go to a gym on my own and feel confident in a work out routine that feels great, thanks to Alec's belief in me and epic guidance. Thank you!

Working out with Alec, one of the trainers at NWFP, has transformed my fitness and mental health. Their personal training fitness programs are tailored to your specific goals and needs and the gym environment is friendly towards everyone, regardless of your experience or comfort in a gym. I genuinely cannot recommend this gym and these trainers enough.

One year ago I entered NW Fitness never having even picked up a hex bar, and today I am deadlifting weights I never would’ve thought were achievable to me.
Alec Bulat has been an incredible personal trainer who is tremendous at taking his wealth of knowledge and packaging it into easy to understand language for all skill levels.
The group classes as well have been a great opportunity to utilize my skills in a wider setting while still getting personal and committed attention when needed.
Overall this gym is a great option for those just getting into working out to those trying to get themselves to that next level physically.

I've worked at F45 and Crossfit, and NW fitness project is my favorite gym! My favorite workout of the year was always Kyle's holiday pun class.
Here's my old review from a couple years ago:
Great gym that is taking Covid seriously! They have excellent trainers that come up with diverse and interesting workouts. The training style of the gym closely matches what I've read in scientific literature as the best way to train for lifelong fitness. I previously tried to train on my own but I could never push myself as hard as I do with the trainers.

This is not just a gym (and great workout), but an amazing community of people in Seattle. The group personal training is fantastic, even in a group setting the trainers give individualized feedback and make sure each person is in proper form / getting the most out of the workout. The owners and trainers go out of their way to make personal connections and tailor the movements for different bodies or injuries. I was only in Seattle for a couple of months, and NW Fitness Project became my brightness within the cold/sunless days. Thank you so much for everything while I was in town, I will 100% be back whenever I am in Seattle :)
Shoutout to Jeremy and Travis for helping me get stronger, loved your classes!

After being diagnosed with osteoporosis at age 61, my doctor encouraged me to begin lifting heavy weights. I was completely intimidated by that assignment and sought out a gym where I felt comfortable (especially being 60+). I have found The Place. Over the past three years, I have worked one-on-one with three outstanding coaches and I have never been stronger. I am continually surprised at what I am capable of. I never feel intimidated or rushed. I see all ages in the gym and encouraged all my "middle aged" sisters out there to explore NWFP. Shout out to coaches Liz and Travis! The owners of the gym should be proud.

Fantastic gym with great small group classes. The strength classes I've taken have been thoughtfully planned out and the perfect level of challenging for continuous growth and improvement. Every instructor I've taken a class with has been so so welcoming, supportive, engaging, and committed to ensuring that all attendees get a great workout. The sense of community in the gym is strong - even as a newbie I've felt included and drawn in by the positivity of the space. Highly, highly recommend!

I can't say enough how much I love this gym community. I started out using ClassPass to attend, but fell in love with the trainers and the rest of the athletes in the group classes. I have a back injury and Kyle and Matt are always great about remembering and giving me modifications. The workouts are always different and keep me from getting bored and always feeling challenged. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Update: 6 years, a pandemic, and a handful of injuries later, I'm still happily working out here. They continually get me back on my feet and gently push me to be my strongest and fittest self.

I have been attending group classes at NWFP for well over a year and can't think of a better gym and community to be a part of. The trainers are excellent and provide feedback when needed while never feeling overbearing. The workouts are challenging and vary from day-to-day. Would recommend to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey.

So thankful to have found NWFP as a functional fitness gym. Thoughtful workouts that will kick your butt regardless of fitness level. Modifications available to upscale or downsize specific moves (plus injury mods as needed), and Kyle especially has been a Godsend for the adaptive needs I have re: grip and range of motion. - One caveat: I would not consider this a beginner gym. Some familiarity with fitness moves is very helpful, though instructors always model form and are usually on top of correcting / teaching as needed.

Outstanding gym! We visited while on vacation in Seattle and we will definitely come again on our next trip!
Accessibility: Easily accessible, their scheduling app makes picking a workout, time, and payment very easy. It took me less than 5 minutes, very impressed for a non-corporate gym. They had so many class options and times available I had no excuse not to workout. The facility is located on a corner and you can’t miss it, well lit and with lots of lockers and storage areas plus showers if you need them.
Workout: Our regular gym is a strength and CrossFit gym and we fit right in. The Strength and Muscle classes we attended met the same needs we work regularly. Kyle is an awesome coach and spent the whole hour moving between all the attendees and assisting with form and modifications to meet each persons needs. The scalability of each exercise meant my wife and I each got a strenuous and worth while workout. They used a huge variety of strength options including kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, barbells, and calisthenics+plyometrics. Awesome workout.
Staff: As stated above, expertly friendly and helpful. From our first time popping in to inquire about drop in availability, to our last class they were a real high light of the experience. Extraordinarily friendly and approachable. They helped us pick out the best options for our schedule and get set up quickly with no hassle.
Facility: Modern equipment that is well maintained. Clean, and well laid out. They had equipment I hadn’t seen at larger gyms including weight scaling options that you really have to look for if you want them, such as clip on weights for intermediate settings.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. There’s a variety of exercises built into each group training class, so you’ll never be bored or without a challenge. The trainers provide a perfect balance of encouraging you to do what feels right for your body, but also pushing yourself to discover what you’re capable of. I highly encourage anyone who wants to invest in their long term health and quality of life to check this place out!

My long-time Crossfit gym closed during covid, and I was looking for something sort of similar for strength training - but at 54 maybe something also more aligned to my age bracket. HIIT workouts, olympic lifting on a clock, a competitive PR gym vibe, over-crowded classes were something I wanted to get away from - without losing all that good motivating energy.
Read an article in the newspaper about NWFP "Metabolic Madness" classes, was intrigued and signed up for a free intro class. 2 years later, still going at least twice a week for such incredible workouts. Can honestly say I look forward to going to the gym - which is definitely not something I recall thinking about any workout ever.
The weekly programming is fantastic - It's a wonderful mix of mobility work, weight training (barbells, dumbells, kettles, and targeted machines), kinetic exercise / body-weight exercise, banded stuff like you'd do in PT, etc. There's new movements added all the time, keeping it very fresh. It's light on traditional cardio - which is great - strength training is much harder to do on your own I think w/o a good coach watching.
There are personal trainers available also, but I've really enjoyed the small group training. Classes are kept small, never more than 10 people, so are getting technique adjustments and personal attention, help with weight selections, mods if needed. I'm always sore, but recoveries are quick - they don't let me overdo it - and also don't let me underdo it (which is my go-to).
You have to register for class times, not just drop in. Which was a change for me, but I've ended up really liking that. I do a class pack, and then try to book times a month in advance. I have 10 classes booked out for the month, it goes on my calendar, and then I just always go. A small mind trick, but really helped me prevent those last minute... "don't feel like its today"
Classes are always full of the nicest people, many folks from around the neighborhood. I drive from Queen Anne, but it's never more than 10 min, and have always found street parking. There is a wide age range and abilities, sometimes paired up on workouts, so have a buddy for each station - they do a good job matching abilities and weight load.
The whole experience is so thoughtful and professional. Have recommended it to many friends and colleagues looking for a spot.

I have been attending the 8x/month small group training classes since 2021. The work outs are so thoughtfully curated and the small class sizes ensure the trainer is able to assist each individual, no matter their skill level. I usually attend Kyle's classes and the high level of expertise is obvious. He knows exactly why one exercise is paired with another and the benefit of each small variation in movement. Even the warm ups and cool downs change daily to match the movements performed. More than that, they care about your safety and your progress. Both Matt and Kyle, regardless of who is leading the class, will often assist me with correcting my form or choosing an appropriate weight that challenges me. I would recommend this gym for absolutely anyone!

This gym is truly unique. NWFP is a great place to work toward your fitness goals, which you can certainly do at a lot of gyms, but their approach is what’s so special. They are very focused on meeting you where you are with modification options for a wide array of levels and anyone with injuries. Their classes are creative and strategic, helping you get a well-rounded workout each day/week/month. They do a lot of targeted stretching to start AND finish each class (more than I’ve experienced at any other gym), which leads to less injury and better mobility/results in your training. The community of educated, conscientious trainers pay special attention to every student, tailoring guidance to each of us. Their facilities are top notch. NWFP is a great community of people — I cannot recommend it enough, no matter your fitness goals!!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. After trying CrossFit and gyms with a lot of young, already fit, people, I had kinda sworn off gyms. But this place is different. The owner Kyle, is unprofessional and will ghost you. I reached out to the gym early in jan to get a personal trainer and after agreeing on moving forward. I was given the trainer Matt Sky. I requested a better time to see Matt. I was ghosted by Kyle and I followed up and heard nothing back. Im surprised the way I was treated and I’ll be honest I felt a racial bias. Nonetheless I was able to find another trainer. Just be mindful, if your looking for a serious trainer this may not be the best place. But thats my experience and opinion.

NW Fitness Project is an amazing and positive place. Every week group fitness classes are challenging and new – these are rut proof-work outs. The owners, Kyle and Matt and other instructors are attentive, fun and truly care about their clients. They never stop coaching, encouraging and offering suggestions to improve my form. I have come so far working with them – I was unable to complete a pushup before I started working with them. My balance and coordination has improved. They build good community too. They sponsor workouts to benefit charities. Other clients are welcoming and encouraging. Every session is positive for me – physically and mentally.
Recently, I started running training with Kyle. My goal is a full marathon - with his coaching I will be successful.

This place is awesome!
I started coming here about 6 months ago with basically zero gym experience. I was really nervous about starting this new journey but the trainers here have been amazing and helped me every step of the way. The gym is a great variety of lifelong athletes and people who are just starting out and trying to better themselves. It’s a very non judge mental atmosphere.
The quality of training at NWFP is top notch. Matt and Kyle are literal fitness geniuses, and all of the other trainers are amazing as well. You can tell they are very selective in the people they bring on and everyone who works there truly cares about your progress. They were able to take me from having no knowledge of working out whatsoever to feeling completely confident in a gym in just a few months. They keep the workouts fresh and they always make sure your form is good and you’re doing the exercises safely.
The price point is definitely higher than some other gyms in the area but the quality you get is entirely worth it. I’ve tried a few other less expensive places but it’s nowhere near the quality you get at NWFP. Would highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level!

Great small business feel with authentic results being a regular client here. High intensity training intervals choreographed and tailor made democratically for all levels. Each class hits a trifecta of: muscle challenge, body performance improvement&progression, while it being fun without resulting in injuries. You can pretty much drop into any class and be satisfied with the instructor’s personality, training and instruction. When my app didn’t adjust my membership and payment one time, owner Matt Holland immediately fixed it and gave me an email to confirm everything was ok before dropping into my next class. This establishment is definitely part of my #fitfam 😀 💪🏽 ♥️

I’ve been coming here for several years, for personal training and group classes. Not only is NWFP an excellent gym with great equipment and knowledgeable trainers, they are genuinely awesome, funny, brilliant people. Kyle has trained me through injury, through weird sport-specific requests, and while juggling new puppies and a new baby. It's one of the only 2 gyms that I looked forward to going to my entire life. I started with some class packs in 2019, did some personal training and now I'm a member. I've gotten stronger during this time.
The space is well equipped and clean. I appreciate that they follow the mask and vaccination mandates. During covid, this gym has been a big part of my social life.
Love the trainers! I have a pinched nerve and bad lower back. They do a great job of coaching me through my workouts and making sure I'm working with weights that are within my limits.
The workouts are always fun. Kyle has turned on the volume on dad jokes, now that he's a newish dad. 😀
They're very responsive to emails, questions and concerns during business hours.
I love the community as well. There are people from all age groups and fitness levels. I get inspired working out with them and aim to get a bit better and stronger everyday. Not every gym would inspire you to do that. :)

The gym is cool with a lot of equipment however the group class I attended was really boring. It's just a basic circuit training. Kyle, the coach who was in charge of the class was a poor teacher. He was unable to teach, correct people's gesture or posture. Encouraging people is something...teaching is another thing ! They are entertainers not trainers. I'm not even surprised, to get a personal training certification in the US just takes a couple of months online. However, If you're an athlete with experience and can workout by yourself, I'd recommand doing open gym.

This gym offers two things that are awesome:
1.) Small functional fitness classes.
2.) Personal training with top level professionals.
There are limitations on class sizes and the number of personal training clients at any given time so the gym is never crowded and is always clean.
As of 8/13/21 they require masking and proof of vaccination....so nobody gets sick at the gym.
Before I started coming to NWPF and working with personal trainer Zachary Elder I was at the chiro 1-2 times per week and still in PT months after having surgery on my knee. Having beat on my body my entire life as a football and rugby player and Triathlete I credit my recovery now as a late 30-something professional to this gym, it's owners and to Zach my trainer. This week I will travel to Iceland for a week of fly fishing on foot. Two years ago I could not even go for a walk and now I will be hiking 5-15 miles per day and throwing dry flies at giant brown trout. The improvement in my physical fitness and athletic ability is directly related to the work I and these great people have put in at NWPF.

This is easily the best gym I've been a member of and I can't recommend it enough.
The community atmosphere here is incredible. I always feel motivated and supported by both the coaches and fellow students.
The coaches are all very knowledgeable and help you get your form just right. They also encourage you to push yourself (which I really need!). At the end of each workout I fell drained but then feel amazing for the rest of the day!
I have found the style of class/training extremely effective. In 2 months of going 2-3 times per week I feel I've made more progress than I had on other programs in the past (including ones where I work out more frequently for longer).

I love this gym! After a few months of walking past and admiring the shiny new gym in my neighborhood, I finally started taking classes at NWFP in the fall of 2017, and have been a consistent customer ever since. Kyle, one of the co-owners and a trainer, knew my name in my very first class and went out of his way to make sure he understood my fitness needs and to make me feel welcome. My classmates gave me high fives and cheered me on as I sweated through a genuinely challenging workout. I had a blast and was instantly hooked on working out with such friendly folks at every fitness level.
Kyle and Matt (the other co-owner) are great trainers and are experts at shaping a workout for the individual needs of each student- even in 8 person group classes. As I was preparing for my wedding, they even took an interest in which parts of my body I wanted to tone so I could rock my dress when the day came.
When I got pregnant last year, I was even more impressed with their dedication to their clients' health and wellness. Kyle, Matt, and all the other trainers worked with me closely, always making sure I was staying safe and modifying appropriately for each stage of my pregnancy. Because of their help, I was able to continue working out until 39 weeks and return as soon as my doctor cleared me at six weeks postpartum. Their care and consideration have continued since I came back and have been a critical part of my recovery.
I can't recommend this gym highly enough (especially for pregnant and postpartum folks)! Every day that I make it to class, is just a little better than the days I skip. NWFP is truly is a community, and I feel lucky to have found a gym, a family, and a home right in my neighborhood!

I cannot say enough about how awesome this gym is. I love the small group classes (8 people or less in-person pre-Covid) which provides a great balance of team atmosphere and personal coaching at the same time. The coaches are constantly pushing themselves and their clients to improve... functional fitness at it's finest! I've been going here for almost two years now and went from barely being able to run/jump due to knee and ankle pain to being able to run and jump with zero pain. I feel strong and healthy...what more could anyone ask for?
Also they get huge kudos for keeping us rocking the workouts remotely during Covid, with multiple live classes a day over zoom....ensuring zero excuses to not get a workout in!

Deciding to call NWFP about a personal trainer is one of the best decisions I've made in the past two years. They paired me with a great trainer that I get along really well with, and I have complete confidence that they know what they are doing. They also do an amazing job gently pushing me toward a healthier lifestyle in general, checking in on if I'm making time for cardio during in the week. It has been like making a new friend that is encouraging me to make good choices.
I've been very happy with my progress as well. After my first session I could barely walk out of the gym. Now I leave my sessions feeling great and finish them 30 minutes on the treadmill. I've lost about 15 pounds while becoming stronger. I'm as fit now as I've ever been.
My previous experience paying for a gym was with crossfit about six years ago. I'm happy to have tried crossfit, and I have nothing against it. I felt great after each workout. However it was a chore for me to get up to go to crossfit in the morning, and I always secretly hoped that the teacher wouldn't show up. The one time he didn't, I was euphoric. Training sessions are a much better fit for me. I look forward to them and have never dreaded them.
When I first decided to call NWFP, I figured in the worst case it would be a repeat of my crossfit experience--I probably wouldn't like it, but I'd get a bit stronger and become a bit more comfortable in a gym for when I am on my own. Instead I've found the first workouts of my life I actually look forward to, I've become stronger and healthier, and I am indeed now more comfortable in a gym when I do go on my own.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

NWFP is the best! The instructors are all extremely knowledgable, kind, welcoming, and encouraging. The programming is varied, inclusive, effective, and fun. It truly feels like a community, in person and virtually, and I am grateful to be a part of it!

I did three drop-in classes here during my stay in Seattle for the week! Highly recommend the cardio fitness class with Matt and Kyle. Wasn't sure what to expect initially, but it was definitely worth it. Workouts were challenging, but not overwhelming and you feel it the next day! Classes were small and comfortable. It's totally possible to work out with a mask on and everything is sanitized after each workout. I'm not used to handling weights while I work out, but here I felt that my safety was a priority overall and they were quick to correct me before I seriously injured myself. Would drop in again next time in the area!

NW Fitness Project is an exceptional place! The trainers here are extremely knowledgeable, fun and motivating. They meet me where I’m at while also encouraging me to lean outside of my comfort zones. Throughout the pandemic they have been adaptable and a huge cornerstone to my well being. I always look forward to my workouts!

This a fantastic gym. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging, meeting everyone where they are and pushing them to imp9rve. But that's not even half of it. They have created a wonderful, supportive community, with balanced, fun and challenging workouts. It just feels good.

I feel so lucky to have found Kyle and NW Fitness Project! The programming and community are top notch. Every workout is challenging and different, so you never get bored. The small class sizes really allow for a personalized fitness approach and Kyle always has modifications based on injuries or personal preferences. Throughout my pregnancy, Kyle has made sure to adapt the workouts to keep me safe (and strong!). The gym has also adapted quickly to COVID precautions and changing rules, with a large variety of Zoom classes and now outdoor classes. Working out at NW Fitness Project is always one of the highlights of my week.

This gym is easily the best gym I have found in Seattle. It is extremely clean, top equipment, the staff and owners are very professional, and the workouts are well rounded and great. At first I was intimidated to try this gym and the workouts but that quickly went away with the combination of the quality coaching and ability to scale the difficulty of the workouts. Also seems to be a great community of people. I highly recommend!

Matt is an absolutely fantastic trainer. He's extremely focused on safety and form, he knows how far to push to get results and he has a very supportive demeanor while being very strong on the task at hand. When I'm feeling a little chatty, he listens but politely (smartly) steers me to the next set. I have already seen results in how I feel, and how I do, and I feel Matt is as invested in my success as I am. It's rare to find anyone as good at what they do as Matt is at what he does.

I don't even live in Seattle, and this has been one of my favorite places to work out.
I originally found NW Fitness Project on ClassPass when I was in town visiting visiting my parents from San Francisco; I was training for a Tough Mudder at the time, and Matt and Kyle's classes were some of the most challenging but also most motivating classes and supportive classes I had attended to date. I ended up coming back regularly when I was living in Seattle for a few months to care for my mom while she was on hospice. It was a particularly awful period of my life, and working out was one activity that I tried to sustain to help me cope with what was going on. Whenever I stepped foot in this place, I was greeted by name by Matt or Kyle (something that is so simple to do, and means so much) and always felt welcomed and like I had a space of my own in the city when everything else felt incredibly unstable. No one at NWFP knew any of this, but the point is that it didn't matter. They treat everyone with kindness and grace, and that stuff matters to people.
I highly recommend this place and the great humans that run it.

I came to NW Fitness Project looking for a place that was going to help me improve my movement patterns, strength, cardiovascular endurance and above all, I wanted a place that embraced body positivity and could get excited about working with me with the body I have, not despite it. I found all of that at NW Fitness Project! From day 1 the coaches there have been engaging, motivating, and still are able to run a damn hard class (while also emphasizing safe movements). I've been really impressed with the great atmosphere, and cant wait to continue to build my strength and my skills here!

I own a gym in Milwaukee and wanted to check out a great gym while in Seattle visiting. Definitely went to the right place by stopping in here. Kyle put on a great class and it was everything you would have hoped for with small group strength training. Anyone in Seattle should definitely check this place out.

I just hit my 1 year mark with NW Fitness Project and have loved every minute of my experience. Kyle is a fantastic instructor and one of the most customer-centric, devoted small business owners I’ve met. His group classes are kept small (~8ppl), so he can help people understand each exercise and make modifications as needed. Despite it being group training, Kyle’s classes feel like private training for a solid hour each class given the hands-on attention each class member receives—an impressive feat for an 8-person class. I joined NW Fitness Project with a few goals in mind, one of which was to prepare for a climb of Mt Hood in Oregon (11,250 ft). Thanks to Kyle’s group training classes, I made it to 11K feet no problem and now feel capable of attempting another, longer climb. Can’t speak highly enough of this gym and Kyle as an instructor/owner.

I get my smartest workouts here.
All the reviews are spot on. I just started the group training classes 3-4 weeks ago and I already feel the difference both physically and mentally. The exercises are always thoughtful and interesting, Matt and Kyle care deeply about your form and posture, and I even feel like the warmups and warm downs are smarter.
I’m always excited to work out and the people energize me. Half the battle is just showing up, and Kyle and Matt make that part super easy.

NW Fitness Project is the best and I'm constantly telling everyone I know that they should work out here.
The workouts are different each day, are tough but fun and interesting and the format makes the time go by quickly. I appreciate the time management of the class -- workouts start on time and I feel like every last minute is used well to help me get an awesome workout. Warm ups and cool down stretches are tailored to the muscles used in the workout.
The coaches have known my name since my first day, are knowledgeable and friendly and always go the extra mile -- sometimes workouts and playlists are even themed with whatever is going on that week (Game of Thrones finale, Superbowl, etc.). They spend just the right amount of time explaining how to do the movements correctly, know what weights each individual should use, and give you lots of support during the workout to make sure you don't get hurt and are pushing yourself to work as hard as you can. High fives, dad jokes and some silliness are a part of the deal.
The facility is beautiful and clean and equipment is nice and new. They have lockers, 2 restrooms and 2 showers, and garage doors that let the fresh air in on a nice Seattle day.
Other gym members I have met are friendly and encouraging. People of all ages, shapes, sizes, colors, and experience levels are welcome here and it's a positive and respectful atmosphere.
Parking is limited to the street but is not too bad in Fremont -- I can always find a spot even if I have to circle the block a few times. The unlimited gym membership is more than I've paid at other class-based gyms but I have found that 1) it's worth it for everything you're getting (see above^) and that the cost gives me a little extra motivation to get to class more often.
All in all, this is one of the best gyms you'll find in Seattle and you should check it out.

As a fat person, who often feels marginalized because of my appearance, I can’t tell you how much this welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental gym (and it’s trainers) has meant to me. It has become a reliable, safe place for me to workout even when the rest of my life gets really, really hard.
If you live in Seattle, love to sweat, and/or want to join a positive, uplifting gym, definitely check out NW Fitness Project. All race, gender identity, sexuality, and waistlines are safe here.

NW Fitness Project is far and away the best place I've ever worked out - and I've tried just about everything (big name gyms, small local spots, classpass, etc). Having played sports most of my life, I was looking for a challenging workout in a group setting. Kyle & Matt are excellent trainers who really know their stuff, and they are lovely people to boot. You can tell that they care about their clients, and are always modifying the group classes to suit fitness levels and injuries. When my husband tore his ACL, they worked with his physical therapy clinic (above and beyond, IMO!) to modify workouts so he was able to get his mobility and strength back in record time. In addition to all that - the workouts will get you into shape, there is no doubt about that!

Come join this growing Fitness Family! I've been tinkering around with fitness and going to all sorts of gyms since about 2003 and NWFP has everything I've been missing. Everyone at NWFP wants you to succeed at your goals. Kyle & Matt have put their passion to work and are showcasing their wealth of knowledge with workouts that challenge all abilities. Both guys make sure they keep educated on new techniques and in 10 months with NWFP I've yet to see the same workout twice.
Sometimes people worry about the price of a gym...and that seems silly. I know people that debate more about the type of gas they put in their cars, the food they buy for their pets or the happy hour they are going to attend and they are cheap when it comes to budgeting for what they're willing to invest on themselves... I'm guilty. When Kyle and Matt opened NWFP I decided to invest in my health and so far NWFP is paying off in spades!
AND THERE'S YOGA on Sundays! I recommend trying that too!!

NWFP is an excellent community for gym-goers of all shapes, sizes, and experience levels. When I joined I was recovering from a shoulder injury and the trainers did an excellent job of modifying my workouts during the group classes to ensure I don't further aggravate or re-injure myself. The space itself is extremely clean and well kept and the owners are passionate and energetic about maintaining a positive and uplifting gym environment. Can't recommend this place more!

I've been to many gyms and this one is by far my favorite. The trainers are very good at what they do. They give the same attention and care whether it's your first day or you 500th and they are always willing to do what they can to help you with your fitness goals. The community is also great at NW Fitness project. Everyone is there to work hard and have fun. You will be welcomed regardless of your ability or anything else. You'll always get encouragement and push you need to work hard and feel better about yourself. If you have any questions or doubts just talk to anyone that works out at NWFP!

If you're looking to go to the gym simply to tell others you have a gym membership, this place is not for you. If you're looking for a long lasting support system and legit workouts that are going to improve your overall strength and wellness, then head directly there now. Matt and Kyle know what they're doing and know how to get results. The work will be hard. But it will also be fun. And, most of all, it will work. Without the fancy gimmicks. Or the overuse of machines. Or the fads. But with the basics that have proven to work time and time again.
