Heather & Zack are the best! Their gym and personalities give the ultimate welcoming, no judgement zone vibe. I started training with Heather and I came in with practically no experience. She did fabulous at meeting me where I was at and guiding me to do things I didn’t think I was capable of. I gained so much more confidence just by learning how to use my body to workout and see that I was capable of so much more than I thought before. She is a great teacher. They are also just amazing humans and I loved coming in for my workouts and getting to be around awesome people!

Zack has been my trainer on and off for about 3 years now. He has a good understanding of how to make workouts challenging while being mindful or proper form and body mechanics. He's always done well to personalize my workouts to be specific to my goals - and he always has a good variety of exercises and techniques so the workouts never get stale. I also appreciate how he offers modifications - he knows that I get flare ups of patellar tendonitis easily, and he'll give me leg exercises that avoid forceful stress on my knees. By nature of being a small gym, I've always felt safe from a COVID safety standpoint. He cleans the equipment between clients and wears a mask (properly!) the entire time. What sets Zack and Only Good Vibes apart from other trainers and gyms in the area is that Zack has a genuinely positive spirit (truly good vibes) that makes training with him so much fun.

Best Decision I’ve made physically and mentally. I was at a point in my life that I needed a workout plan that pushed me and showed results. I tried about every diet possible and running on my elliptical everyday. It was exhausting with no results! When I signed up with zack I Honestly had no idea what to expect. I had been to a gym once and certainly had never been to a personal trainer. After the 1st week I was hooked! He made me feel so comfortable (even though I had no idea what any weightlifting moves were called lol). Zack knows how to modify any workout to suit you. I’ve now been consistently going every week for the last 5 months. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. I can officially say I’m a workout junkie now.

Only Good Vibes fitness rocks!!! Zack is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and can modify workouts for any one, any size and any stage of fitness. He has been a previous instructor for bootcamp/ CrossFit classes I've taken and I was stoked when I heard He and Heather had their own studio. Great work out every time in totally non-judgmental environment. There is no better investment than in your health/ self- get after it💪🏼

I have been to many personal trainers before. I knew the drill and whatnot. When I started going with Zack, I realized quickly why I was not making progress with other people. Zack taught me so much while pushing me and making me feel like a winner, even if I am sweating and dieing on the floor. I will be continuing to go to him until I reach my goal and well after. If you are on the fence, take the leap. You will not regret it!
