I’ve known Kara for years now and have followed her on her journey of starting this business. She is extremely understanding and actually listens to your needs and helps you improve and achieve your fitness goals with all those things in mind. She has so many tricks and tips on how to change and improve your posture and workout so you are comfortable. We also do stretching at the end and it is amazing! I highly recommend Optimized to anyone not only looking to start their fitness journey but maybe continue and try something new or change up your routine. Best Place Ever!

Kara has made a huge difference in my health and physique. She is so kind and patient, and has really gotten to know our family. The exercise circuits she creates are in tune and regularly updated in accordance to our present shape and ability, and she really listens and actively makes sure we are never pushing too hard, but challenging us at the same time. My puppy Maya also absolutely loves her :)

Whether you’re starting from scratch looking to lose weight, trying to improve lifting forms, coming back from an injury, or have another specific goal in mind, Kara’s programs are highly tailored and specific. She helped me lose weight and learn how to lift when I was preparing for a wedding, and when my goals changed to injury prevention for soccer, she adjusted my training plan. Kara is the best in working with your specific needs. As someone who came from a very active background, but then was very inactive for a few years, she helped put together workouts that best suited my wants and needs that fit best with my body. Helping me to understand proper form in order to get the most out of my workouts either with her or on my own.
I highly recommend Kara as a personal trainer, and I cannot say that enough.
