Perfect Form LLC is a Pilates studio offering small-group, personalized Reformer classes designed to improve alignment, strength, posture, and body awareness. In addition to Pilates, I offer Symmetry Corrective Exercise, a data-driven postural assessment and movement program that uses precise body measurements to create a custom plan for realignment and pain reduction. I also provide soft tissue recovery services, including targeted techniques that support healing, improve mobility, and enhance overall movement quality. These three services work together to help you move better, feel better, and live pain-free.

Pulled a muscle in my neck at the gym, very intensely, and she helped heal it back in nearly a day. It was great. She did graston and taped it up quite nicely.

The chiropractor took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable.
The treatment really helped relieve my back pain.

I’ve been doing the symmetry program here & it has been great! At first I was skeptical but after some time it was clear to me this was definitely helping. I had always suspected I had some misalignment issues either in my hips shoulders or both from years of working behind a desk, gaming & just bad posture in general. They had tools to measure & I was able to actually see that things were off so I decided to give it a try. I used to get lower back & hip pain on road trips, after doing this program I just recently went on a trip & was surprised I had none of these issues! On top of that I’ve noticed some increased flexibility as well! The best part is you get a program you can do to keep up with the progression & results, not like a chiropractor you have to go to & get your back cracked every month. With this you get tools for longevity & I would recommend giving it shot if you’re having any issues with imbalances or alignment!

TLDR: this is an oil change for your back (yes, you need one and yes, your back problems are likely due to poor maintenance).
Angela has been the best trainer for the only thing that has helped me *help myself* end decades of chronic debilitating lower back pain. After decades of carefully researched and strict self-care and thousands of dollars of professional care—all of which at best provided mild or temporary relief—I found the missing link: mild to moderate-intensity spinal exercises performed with professionally advised, observed, and corrected techniques and in the correct order according to rigorous and continual scientific modeling. This is impossible to solo as I would most prefer and can only be done (for safety and accuracy) under the care of a licensed professional with precise laser measurement tools.
After my *trial* session, I could not feel any pain whatsoever in my lower back. To test if the effect was placebo, I did not do my assigned exercises for a few days and my pain started to creep back in on around the third day. At that point I did my assignment exercises (which are all easy and of mild intensity) and again my pain was gone (completely gone).
I’ve come to realize that although I exercised intensely, ate a clean and healthy diet, slept well, managed stress, etc. that there were muscles and connective tissues that I never exercised and stretch and flex and were therefore atrophied and the fitness of which were absolutely essential for adequate spinal alignment without chronic and unnecessary pain.
So now I see Angela regularly for precise measurements and to gain accurate feedback on how to *maintain* my postural alignment and so long as I am disciplined at performing my assigned exercises and stretches, I remain completely pain-free.
I cannot recommend this therapy enough not only for those experiencing chronic back pain, but for everyone so they do not unnecessarily damage critical tissues and develop chronic pain like I did.

Mobility class has improved my muscle tension in my shoulders and back. The exercises have plenty of cues and modifications that make it easy to pick up new movement. Would recommend for anyone wanting to target muscle tension and balance.
