Update two years later: Gosha continues to be an excellent professional and to offer the best Pilates class I've ever had.
Gosha is fantastic, and I highly recommend Pilates by Gosha.
It is my first pilates experience. The lessons can be personalized and she coaches in a way to achieve our goal, understanding my needs with gentility and patiently being sure that I’m doing correctly and respecting the limits of my body.
I'm overweight, and that is not a problem to execute the movements. She is very kind and focused on classes!
I’ve been experiencing a completely different than I've had elsewhere. In a few months, I could feel great mobility and strength improvement.
The studio is filled up with lots of appliances and is clean and very welcoming!
I figured out that my problem wasn’t enjoying working out, was about the environment and the coach.

Best Pilates instructor ever!!! She knows what’s best for clients!! Gosha pays very close attention my body and takes the time to get to know where my weaknesses are and focuses on strengthening those areas for a body that functions perfectly. All of her workouts are tailored to me and me only… and never gets boring!

Gosha is the best. I love her approach and her personality. I am always hesitant to try a new personal trainer but once I met her, I was ready to commit. Working with her has been so easy, so amazing and I am seeing good results. She offers the perfect amount of accountability and flexibility. Gosha is great, I highly recommend Pilates by Gosha.
It was my first pilates experience and I loved it. Gosha is professional, knowledgable and the atmosphere at her home studio is lovely. Great equipment. I could feel more flexibility and strength in my body after a few weeks.
She listened to my health concerns and goals. Gosha is also very friendly, supportive and kind person and I enjoyed our conversations and everything about being there. She also has a lovely dog :)

Gosha is a wonderful pilates instructor! As a first-timer, she made sure the exercises matched my needs and helped me build strength and mobility safely and mindfully over time. She also offered duet sessions where my mom and I got to learn and exercise together - she made the classes fun, challenging, and tailored to our individual specific needs. The space is also super clean with lots of variety. She provides clear and encouraging guidance and support in each session and I feel so much stronger now, both mentally and physically! And I have a new love for pilates! :) Highly recommend!

Working with Gosha has been amazing - her knowledge, intuition and skill make her by far one of the best pilates teachers I've ever worked with. Gosha has been integral to my overall health and well-being for several years. I began Pilates as surgical recovery, and have kept with it because Gosha understands how my workouts need to be adjusted based on what activities I’m doing in daily life. Each workout is specific to me - something you can’t say about many workouts. Her understanding of anatomy & movement are so helpful, there is no one I trust more than Gosha.

Gosha is extremely passionate about pilates, but what's more impressive is how passionate she is about her clients. She takes time to learn your body and works with you to build the best program personalized for you. I guarantee that after one session you will be hooked! Each session is invigorating and I feel absolutely amazing afterwards! It's like she helps you connect to yourself.
Gosha's passion is contagious. I have tried many different fitness programs before, but Pilates with Gosha is the only thing that has kept me engaged. Gosha is an outstanding instructor and a wonderful person, who has been working with me since 2017. Being a personal trainer myself for 18 years, I can attest to the fact that Gosha really knows her stuff and is able to choose exercises that will benefit YOU.
I also love that Gosha can skillfully modify any exercise to adapt to your skill level and areas that may need rehab. For example, I’ve had three back surgeries and still have scoliosis, arthritis, and bulging discs. Gosha works with me to strengthen my core, glues, back, hips, and legs so as to reduce my pain and improve my quality of life. Over the years, I’ve made a lot of progress thanks to Gosha, which benefits me in all of my activities of daily life.

Gosha is extremely knowledgeable and has a keen understanding of the human body. She knows the perfect way to communicate how you can make minute changes in your positioning to get the best out of each movement.
I have struggled with pain and weakness in certain areas for much of my life and she has helped me find movements that strengthen the best areas so I feel that I have improvement every month. Less than 8 months ago I had a Total Hip Replacement and Gosha played an integral part in my preparation and rehabilitation. I am stronger now than ever. If you are worried that your injuries will keep you from getting the most out of your Pilates practice, know that with Gosha you are in good hands. She is always building on her knowledge and skills and will help you find the right balance for you to integrate movement back into your life.
