This Pilates Class is an all levels practice designed to lengthen and strengthen the body with a focus on stability, posture, breath and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. In addition, Pilates will help you feel aligned, rejuvenated and connected to your breath and body.

Megan is a great instructor and this class was the right amount of challenge to still be super enjoyable. She's incredibly inclusive, positive, and any fitness level can find what they want here. Plenty of parking and all equipment is provided so it’s easy to attend. I will definitely be back!

Megan’s mat class is awesome. I’ve really seen improvement in strength and posture. Megan challenges me, yet is accommodating of any limitations. I would highly recommend this class for all levels of capability.
