I feel like whenever I come here they just know how to bring up the vibe and make for a great class. Not only that but the instructors are amazing and the pricing is affordable as well, which is not always the case with Pilates classes. I love it here!

I joined over a year ago. Since this time my posture had significantly improved and my core has strengthened significantly. Maria and Geoffrey’s approach to Pilates is dynamic and keep you interested. Other instructors including Debbie are just as knowledgeable as they are. Rescheduling is easy and accessible via smart phone. I’m glad I joined and now use Pilates as a baseline exercise regimen to keep me limber and strong.

I'm a beginner. And I've tried many studios around Bellingham recently (and I actually liked them all), but this one is my favorite. Maria and Geoffrey are extremely knowledgeable about the body, they are very inspiring, caring, and they provide very individualized attention, even in group classes. This is not a chain, nor an operation that scales up to high volume, but a high quality small business which comes from their obvious passion for health. The classes feel very cozy, comfortable, and as challenging as you want. I love the location, great ambiance to the studio. The introductory private session was literally a fountain of useful information, and even if you didn't want to go on to take classes here, I very highly recommend that private session. I have low back problems, and I've been using that knowledge I learned to mitigate my back problems.
