Current disgusting state of the men’s locker rooms. From banana peels to Q-tips on the floor to dirty underwear to some sort of condom looking things. They haven’t been cleaned for three days, obvious from looking at the same trash on the floor every day. Disgusting and unacceptable and certainly a health code violation I would think. I had complained to management before after an 8 day stint of locker rooms not being cleaned, that was extremely gross. I was told that the person that usually cleans them has been out sick. What does that even mean? What kind of excuse is that?? 8 days??? You just don’t clean until this person comes back from whenever they’re done being sick? What were the Board of Health do??

There are too many people at this location, after they moved renton location people. This is a bad practice. Now I have to wait long time to use certain equipments and locker room is much dirtier.

WORST experience dealing with manager Shannon and staff in Issaquah! My account keeps getting withdrawn monthly to find out I have a due that is 5months old and I cant use the gym? When I updated my acct info, everything should have been paid. Dont recommend as their problem solving is POOR like their service!

The whole place is dirty for a newly opened location. Their franchise owners don’t care. So far, only Lucas has been using backpack vacuum and cleaning but one person is not able to maintain the cleanliness of the whole place.

Andrew Tran is an incredible trainer. I've been working with him for less then a month and already see massive visual improvements and feel amazing.

There is a black gentleman at the counter who checks people in and he’s always giving me and my gym partner a side eye always ignoring us when we ask questions and makes us feel generally uncomfortable during our gym experience

I was double-charged for both my monthly and annual fees at this Planet Fitness location. When I tried to resolve it, not only was the customer service rude, but the manager actually threatened to cancel my membership if I filed a complaint. Completely unprofessional and not a place I’d recommend.

Quite a clean gym, nice new equipment, good amenities for black card members. 4 stars for me because of this high school program where a lot of younger people are in there and have zero gym etiquette.

It’s super clean, quiet and has good amenities for the price point. Gabriella realized I was new to the gym and gave me a tour and made sure I had what I needed so I could get on with my use of the amenities. So glad she swooped in to save the day! Great staff can make a place better. :)

Gabriella was really helpful introducing the facility and membership plans to us. We enrolled to the gym successfully and had a great first day.

I've been coming here since the day that they opened and am an early morning gym goer. I couldn't wait to get out of 24 hour fitness in Issaquah and have already seen several people leave there and come here. They do a really good job of cleaning I'll be at sometimes they do kind of get in the way but at the end of the day things are clean and for the most part refilled as needed. I know that they've been having some staffing issues but what Jim doesn't. I hope that they continue to maintain a high level of cleanliness and fix equipment quickly as those are the main things that dragged 24 hour fitness down.

Visited 3 times around and have used several of their machines and services.

3 large workout sections(Free/Machines, Cardio/Machines, Personal/Free Training.

3 sections for the bathroom. (Lockers, showers, sinks with toilets)

1 Black room (8+ services)

Pro: Open concept design, very spacious, dozens of different machines, multiple of the same machines and different variations for similar muscle groups, very clean, great customer service, vending machines (food and supplies i.e tanning lotion), New High tech equipment.

I love this gym! The staff is super awesome and welcoming and the vibes are great. There are many times of the day when the gym is not crowded at allll and it’s super clean! I’m super happy with my choice to go here.

I’ve tried calling multiple times to get ahold of a manager to cancel my membership over the last couple weeks bc I moved out of state. Been told twice now they’d leave a message with the manager to call me back same day or the following biz day and nothing. Report fraudulent business practices like this to the AG and consumer protection divisions of the municipality and state. The contract says you’re eligible to cancel when you’ve moved as far as I have from your home gym, and does not say a word about being required to write a letter - this is a stall tactic to make more money. Mess around with a consumer protection inspector gonna find out.

it's a different pf location, a bit unlike others in its layout. let's just say if you're used to the usual pf locations, this one will be a bit confusing. you can still get your workout in albeit there are some machines and equipment I have not seen at other locations. Yet there is no lunk alarm here, at least that I've seen, maybe they will put one in because there's a few screamers and yellers here while they workout. Honestly though for this area there is a bunch of high priced crap personal trainer style gyms, athletic clubs that charge way too much, and the usual brand name gyms that charge more and have less/broken equipment. so for 25 bucks a month it's a steal.

Small but mighty! The gym and staff have all been excellent! I do agree they could use more sanitation stations. I also wish they were one of the PFs to open earlier on weekends, as it’s 7AM instead of 5, but I’m thinking that could be adjusted as they get more staff and members. Great addition to the area and still really low price deals for joining.

It's a decent gym, but you'll face a significant challenge trying to find a sanitation station. When you finally locate one, you'll discover it's out of paper towels. Then you'll try to find another station, and when you eventually find it, you'll discover it's also out of paper towels because they're depleted and no one restocks them in time.

Note to Planet Fitness management: Please install as many sanitation stations as possible. Currently, there are too few stations, and half of them are out of paper towels - people simply aren't wiping down equipment after use because no one wants to walk around the entire gym searching for towels. However, if stations were placed on every corner and restocked regularly, people would clean up after themselves since finding a station with towels would no longer be a challenge.

P.S.: Please also install paper towels near the sinks in the locker room. Not everyone wants to use these dryers, which aren't suitable for drying a face. With paper towels, customers can wipe their face and leave feeling dry.

Excellent gym with all the equipments you need to have a good workout. Also as a Black Card member, you also get access to the nice massage chairs and Hydro Massage. Nice and friendly staff. Clean facility as well! Keep up the great work!

It’s new and big which is nice but it needs more sanitation stations. If people have to walk around gym to find spray bottles, they may just not do it. It’s gross. Crossroads PF is smaller but has way more sanitation stations. Please add more stations.

Everything online indicates that this gym is currently open. Today is 1/13/25 at 3pm, I just wasted time and money ubering here to find a notice on the door that they are actually closed due to an electrical issue. Again, no indication anywhere else that they were not open yet, the planet fitness website even let me change it to my home gym already.
